«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում հանդիպում եղել է ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածու Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի հետ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը:

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ վճռաբեկ դատարանի ններկայացուցիչները հրավիրյալի կարգավիճակով մասնակցում են ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստերին, մենք պարոն Խունդկարյանի հետ բազմաթիվ հարցեր ենք քննարկել: Հարցեր որպես այդպիսին նրան չեմ ուղղել, քանի որ բավական երկար եմ ճանաչում պարոն Խունդկարյանին:

Թեկնածության քննարկումը ԱԺ-ում հենց դրա համար է նախատեսված, որ պատգամավորների մոտ ձեւավորվի ընկալում, թե արդյոք այդ անձը համապատասխանում է ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու համար, թե ոչ, արդյոք դա այն մարդն է, ում տեսնում ենք ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնում: Մենք հնարավորություն կունենանք լսել թեկնածուներին, ստանալ սպառիչ պատասխաններ, իսկ քվեարկությունը գաղտնի է, դրա համար որեւէ բան չեմ կարող ասել»,-ասաց նա:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք «Իմ քայլը» միասնական է քվեարկելու, Վարդանյանը պատասխանեց, որ գաղտնի քվեարկության պարագայում միասնական քվեարկության մասին խոսելը հակասահմանադրական է. «Ի վերջո, երբ մարդը մնում է քվեատուփի մոտ, ինքն է եւ իր սեփական համոզմունքը: Թե ինչպես է քվեարկում պատգամավորը, դա իր սեփական համոզմունքի և խղճի հարցն է, հետեւաբար այս կարգի հարցեր անգամ չպետք է ուղղվեն: Դա նույնն է, որ ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողին հարցնեք, թե ինչպես է քվեարկելու»:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը տեղեկացրեց, որ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի հետ հանդիպումը բավական դրական մթնոլորտում է անցել և նա հարցերին սպառիչ պատասխաններ է տվել:
