Գրեթե մեկ ամիս առաջ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ համատեղ «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտի հարակից հատվածում վերաբացեց գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների տոնավաճառը: Ի սկզբանե հայտարարվեց՝ թարմ և մատչելի գյուղմթերք՝ անմիջապես արտադրողից, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ վաճառք կարող են իրականացնել միայն այն ֆերմերները, որոնք մայրաքաղաք են ժամանել հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերից և տոնավաճառին ներկայացնում են բացառապես իրենց արտադրանքը: Պարզվում է՝ գյուղմթերքը էժան գնով վաճառվել է միայն տոնավաճառի բացման առաջին մեկ-երկու օրը, որից հետո սկսել է թանկանալ և հասնել սովորական խանութների վաճառքի գներին։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ գների փոփոխությունը պայմանավորված է նախարարության հրահանգով․ «Հրահանգել են շուկայի բացման օրերին գյուղատնտեսական մթերքները էժանով վաճառել»,- ասաց մեր աղբյուրը՝ նշելով, որ գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների տոնավաճառի աշխատակիցներին ասվել է առաջին օրերին ապրանքը վաճառել ցածր գնով, որից հետո կարող են բարձրացնել դրանց արժեքը։ Մենք տեղեկություններ ունենք նաև, որ այնտեղ ոչ միայն գյուղացիներն են վաճառք իրականացնում, այլև վերավաճառողները։ Տեղեկությունները ճշտելու համար ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ը կապ հաստատեց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հետ՝ պարզելու՝ արդյոք նման հրահանգ եղե՞լ է նախարարության կողմից, թե՞ ոչ և արդյոք վերահսկողություն իրականացվում է՝ վերավաճառողներին հայտնաբերելու համար։ 

«Բացառված է, որ նախարարությունը հրահանգ իջեցնի գնագոյացման վերաբերյալ, առհասարակ գները թելադրում է շուկան, գնագոյացումը տեղի է ունենում՝ ըստ ազատ շուկայի հարաբերությունների ու կարգավորումների։ Ինչ վերաբերում է վերավաճառողների ինստիտուտին, ապա այն բացառված է, քանի որ բոլորն ունեն իրենց բեյջերը և համապատասխան տեղեկանքները, թե ինչ հողատարածք են մշակում, ինչ արտադրանք են ստանում։ Եթե որևէ ահազանգ լինի և ճիշտ դուրս գա, ապա տվյալ ֆերմերը կզրկվի այդ վայրում վաճառք իրականացնելու հնարավորությունից։ Նախարարությունն իր խորհրդատվական վարչության միջոցով մի քանի անգամ մոնիթորինգ է անցկացրել և այս պահին շուկայում վերավաճառողներ չկան»,- պարզաբանեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի մամլո քարտուղար Աննա Օհանյանը։ 

Նշենք, որ նախկինում տոնավաճառը կազմակերպվում էր Կասյան փողոցին հարող հրապարակում, սակայն քննարկումների արդյունքում առավել նպատակահարմար է համարվել այն կազմակերպել «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտին կից տարածքում։ Տոնավաճառի բացմանը ներկա փոխնախարարները նշել էին՝ եթե ցանկացողները շատ լինեն, ստեղծված են բոլոր պայմանները տոնավաճառն ընդարձակելու և այն շուրջ 200 լրացուցիչ վաճառասեղաններով համալրելու համար։
