Քիչ առաջ ինձ զանգահարեցին օգոստոսի 30-ից Վերին Լարսի անցակետում մնացած մեր հայրենակիցները, ովքեր ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում հասնել Հայաստան: Կանայք, երեխաներ, բոլորը մեկ շաբաթ է ապրում են փողոցում, քնում են մեքենաների մեջ և արդեն ունեն նաև սննդի խնդիր: Արմեն Ավագյանը, ով ևս այս պահին Լարսի անցակետում է, ասաց, որ սնունդով այսօր իրենց ապահովել է Վլադիկավկազի հայկական եկեղեցու հոգևոր հովիվը: Այս մասին գրառում է կատարել ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է․

«Արմենը փոխանցեց նաև, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հանձնարարականով իրենց է հանդիպել Հայաստանի դեսպանատանը կից մաքսային կցորդ Արամ Թանանյանն ու առաջարկել ինքնաթիռի տոմս գնել և օդային ճանապարհով վերադառնալ Հայաստան:

Իսկ երբ օրերով Լարսում մնացած մեր հայրենակիցները, որոնց մի մասը Ռուսաստանում կորցրել է աշխատանքն ու այդ պատճառով է ընտանիքի հետ վերադառնում հայրենիք, ասել են գումար չունենք, Թանանյանը ևս մեկ «օպտիմալ» լուծում է առաջարկել` «դիմեք ձեր ազգականներին թող տոմս առնեն»:

Հիմա ասածս ինչ է: Մեր հայրենակիցները ծանր վիճակում են, քնում եմ անցակետում, նրանց մի մասը այս պահին գտնվում է Լարսից 10 կիլոմետր այն կողմ գտնվող Չմի գյուղում, մյուսները շարունակում են մեքենաների մեջ մնալ, հիմա այս մարդկանց խնդիրը ո՞վ պիտի լուծի: Չգիտես ինչու՝ ինձ թվում է, որ մեր պետությունն է այն սուբյեկտը, ով պիտի լուծի ու լուծումը չպիտի լինի՝ «հարուստ բարեկամ գտեք թող ձեր համար ինքնաթիռի տոմս առնեն» վերսիան։

Եթե Վրաստանի հետ չի ստացվում բանակցել, ուրեմն այդ 25 քաղաքացուն ինքնաթիռով Հայաստան տեղափոխելու խնդիրը պետությունն ինքը պիտի լուծի:

Ինչ-որ մեկը պատկերացնո՞ւմ է օրերով փողոցում մնալ, քնել մեքենաների մեջ, ունենալ այլևս սննդի խնդիր և չիմանալ, թե ո՞վ է լուծելու իրենց խնդիրը:

Մարդիկ Ռուսաստան վերադառնալ չեն կարող, շատերի մոտ գումար այլևս չկա ու ժամ առաջ նրանց պիտի տեղափոխել Հայաստան»:
