Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին և 3-ին ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի 6-րդ բաժանմունքի ծառայողների պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ բացահայտվեց գրպանահատության երեք դեպք: Գողությունները Շենգավիթ վարչական տարածքում էին կատարվել:
Օգոստոսի 29-ին, ժամը 15-ի սահմաններում, Բագրատունյաց փողոցում մի կնոջ պայուսակից գողացել էին դրամապանակը, որի մեջ եղել էր փող, երկու բջջային հեռախոս ու բանկային քարտեր:

Հարուցվեց քրեական գործ: Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի ծառայողները որոնողական աշխատանքներ սկսեցին: Բացահայտման աշխատանքներին միացան Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի գրպանահատության դեմ պայքարի բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, որոնք էլ օրեր անց տեղեկություններ ստացան, որ գողությունը հնարավոր է կատարած լինի Մարտունի քաղաքի 38-ամյա մի բնակիչ: Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, ժամը 14-ի սահմաններում, կասկածվողը Նոր Նորքի առաջին զանգվածից բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին և խոստովանեց կատարածը:

Մյուս դեպքը օգոստոսի 31-ին էր կատարվել էր: Ժամը 21.30-ի սահմաններում, օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ մոտ մեկ ժամ առաջ թիվ 25 երթուղու միկրոավտոբուսում մի կնոջ պայուսակից գողացել են դրամապանակը, որի մեջ եղել է 67.000 դրամ:
Համապատասխան միջոցառումներից հետո ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի 6-րդ բաժանմունքի ծառայողները պարզեցին, որ գողությունը հնարավոր է կատարած լինի Աբովյան քաղաքի 60-ամյա մի բնակիչ: Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին կասկածվողը Մյասնիկյան պողոտայից բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին:

Երրորդ դեպքի վերաբերյալ հաղորդում չէր ստացվել: Մասնագիտացված ստորաբաժանման ծառայողները իրենք էին պարզել եղելությունը և սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, ժամը 19.30-ի սահմաններում, Գարեգին Նժդեհի փողոցից, գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին բերման էին ենթարկել Բուզանդի փողոցի 46-ամյա մի բնակչուհու:
Պարզվեց` նա նույն օրը թիվ 50 երթուղու միկրոավտոբուսում գողացել էր ուղևորուհիներից մեկի դրամապանակը, որի մեջ եղել էր փող, նույնականացման, բանկային ու կուտակային քարտեր:
Գողոնը հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է:
