Ովքեր կկարողանան սիգ որսալ Սեւանա լճում. արդյունագործական ձկնորսության լրամշակված կարգը

Առաջիկայում կգործարկվի Սևանա լճում սիգի փորձարարական արդյունագործական ձկնորսության լրամշակված կարգը։ Նախագծում իրականացված լրացումների համաձայն՝ այսուհետ Սևանա լճում արդյունագործական ձկնորսությունը կթույլատրվի իրականացնել նաև Փոքր Սևանի հատվածում։ Նախկինում հաստատված 17 տեղամասերին կավելացվեն ևս 8-ը։ Սևանա լճի ողջ ավազանում կգործի «Սևան» ազգային պարկի կողմից հսկվող ընդհանուր 25 տեղամաս։ Նոր լրացումներով թույլատրվելու է որսալ առնվազն 400 գրամ և ավելի քաշ ունեցող սիգ ձկնատեսակ՝ նախկին 500 գրամի փոխարեն։
Վերանայվել է նաև Սևանա լճում սիգի արդյունագործական որսի առավելագույն չափաքանակը։ Նախագծով հաստատված նոր սահմանաչափը կկազմի 300 տոննա։

Նախարարությունից տեղեկացրին, որ այն ձկնորսները, որոնք չեն ցուցաբերել նախաձեռնություն հայտ ներկայացնել «Սևան» ազգային պարկ՝ արդյունագործական փորձարարական ձկնորսության ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար, և պայմանագիր կնքել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության հետ՝ հնարավորություն կունենան մինչև սեպտեմբերի 16-ը հայտ ներկայացնել «Սևան» ազգային պարկ ՊՈԱԿ՝ արդյունագործական որս իրականացնելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար։ Այնուհետ սահմանված ժամկետում պայմանագրեր կնքել Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության հետ։
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կնքված պայմանագրերի առկայության դեպքում ձկնորսները կկարողանան մասնակցել Սևանա լճում առաջիկայում մեկնարկող սիգի փորձարարական արդյունագործական ձկնորսության ծրագրին։ 
Փորձարարական ձկնորսության շրջանի վերջնաժամկետ սահմանվել է սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ը ներառյալ։

Կարգի գործարկման պահից սկսած՝ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, որը Սևանա լիճ մուտք կգործի արդյունագործական որս իրականացնելու համար՝ չունենալով Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության հետ կնքված պայմանագիր, կենթարկվի վարչական պատասխանատվության։
Որսված ձուկը կառգրավվի՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով։

Սևանա լճում սիգի փորձարարական արդյունագործական որսը հսկվելու և վերահսկվելու է Ոստիկանության, Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Սևան» ազգային պարկ»  ՊՈԱԿ-ի նոր կազմավորված, առափնյա և ջրային շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն իրականացնող հատուկ պահնորդական ջոկատի աշխատակիցների կողմից։
