«Իշխանությունը ցայտնոտի մեջ է: Փաստորեն, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մարզային ակտիվ հանդիպումներն այնքան մեծ խուճապ են առաջացրել, որ  «ապահովության համար» առաջնագիծ են հանվել ուժայինները: Բացառություն չէր նաև ԲՀԿ նախագահի՝ Իջևանում անցկացրած այսօրվա հանդիպումը, որը հսկելու համար ոտքի էր հանվել մարզի ամբողջ ոստիկանությանը: Սակայն ամենազավեշտալին գլխավոր դերակատարի՝ Իջևանի ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Սարգիս Մելքոնյանի գործողություններն էին: Վերջինը, իր մեջ եղած ամբողջ եռանդով կատարում էր վերևից իջեցված հրահանգը և ակտիվորեն իրականացնում էր օպերատորի գործառույթները: Հարցին, թե ո՞վ է և ինչու՞ է անընդհատ նկարահանումներ անում, ներկայացավ որպես ԲՀԿ համակիր: Սա, իսկապես, խայտառակություն է, մեծ ամոթ: Եթե ամեն ինչ շարունակվի նույն ոգով, չի բացառվում, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հաջորդ հանդիպումներին օպերատորի կարգավիճակով մասնակցի նաև վարչապետի մանկության ընկեր ոստիկանապետը»:
