ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է «Վայլդբերրիզ» ՍՊ ընկերության աշխատակցի կողմից խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Քննչական կոմիտեից:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդը 2019թ. հունվարի 26-ից աշխատելով վերոնշյալ ընկերության Վանաձոր քաղաքի մասնաճյուղում որպես պահեստի և հաճախորդների հետ հարաբերությունների մենեջեր-գանձապահ, և աշխատանքային պայմանագրով հանդիսանալով լիակատար նյութական պատասխանատու անձ՝ լիազորված լինելով իրականացնել պահեստային աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը և համակարգումը, ինչպես նաև կանխիկ գումարի մուտքագրման և ելքագրման աշխատանքների կատարումը, 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2020թ. փետրվարի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, միասնական դիտավորությամբ, շարունակաբար, յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է ընկերության կողմից իրեն վստահված տարբեր տեսակի ապրանքների վաճառքից ստացված խոշոր չափերով գումարը ՝ 1.958.390 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ «Վայլդբերրիզ» ՍՊ ընկերության աշխատակցին  մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի (յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը) 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և  քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
