Անկախության տոնի առթիվ։

Ուղերձն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ․

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության տոնի առթիվ:

Շուրջ երեք տասնամյակ մենք կառուցում ենք մեր անկախ պետությունը, որ  համայն հայության իղձն է եղել եւ դարձել Հայաստանի ժողովրդի միասնական կամքի արտահայտությունը: Այդ կամքն անցած տարիների ընթացքում անասելի փորձությունների ենթարկվեց եւ ավելի ամրացավ՝ անցնելով դաժան պատերազմի, շրջափակման, սոցիալական ու տնտեսական բազում դժվարությունների միջով, որոնց առջեւ մեր ժողովուրդը ոչ մի վայրկյան չընկրկեց: 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին  հայ ժողովրդին հազարամյակների իր ճանապարհին պատմական եւս մեկ հնարավորություն ընձեռվեց՝ վերականգնելու ինքնիշխան պետությունը, որ այսօր՝ 21-րդ դարում անգամ, ոչ բոլոր ժողովուրդներին է վիճակված:

Անկախությանն «ԱՅՈ» ասելը նաեւ  մեծագույն պատասխանատվություն էր հետագա սերունդների առջեւ, որոնք բարեբախտություն ունեն ժառանգելու ազատ եւ անկախ պետականություն: Անկախ պետություն կառուցելը, հզորացնելն ու պաշտպանելը, Աստծու կամքով, ժամանակակիցներիս պարտքն ու պարտականություն են:

Եվ մենք՝ բոլորս միասին, տարիներ շարունակ քարը քարի վրա դնելով, դժվարություններ հաղթահարելով, ամուր հիմքի վրա կառուցել ենք մեր պետականությունը՝ ստեղծել եւ կայացրել հպարտության արժանի սեփական զինված ուժեր, կենսունակ պետական ինստիտուտներ, այդ կառույցների միջոցով հաջողությամբ ապահովել պետության անվտանգությունն ու կենսագործունեությունը, դարձել միջազգային իրավունքի լիիրավ սուբյեկտ,  եւ որպես կայացած ու ամուր պետություն՝ դիմագրավել արտաքին մարտահրավերները, դարձել Արցախի մեր քույրերի եւ եղբայրների անվտանգության երաշխավորը: Այդ դժվարին ճանապարհին, իհարկե, անխուսափելիորեն եղել են նաեւ սխալներ ու բացթողումներ: Մի բան, սակայն, ակնհայտ է՝ ավանդույթներ եւ երկարամյա պատմություն ունեցող ցանկացած պետության հաջողության հիմքում, ի թիվս այլ կարեւոր գործոնների, շարունակականությունն է եւ ոչ երբեք՝ մինչ այդ եղած ամեն ինչ քանդելն ու զրոյական կետից սկսելը, ինչը անդառնալի հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ:

Մաղթում եմ, որ բոլորս պետության քաղաքացու գիտակցումով եւ սրտացավությամբ մոտենանք պետականաշինության սուրբ գործին, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրս ունի իր պատասխանատվությունը եւ անելիքը, պահենք ու պահպանենք մեր ազգային արժեքները, որ մեր ինքնության առհավատչյան եւ մեր անկախության գրավականն են:

Աշխարհը, ինչպես նաեւ մեր տարածաշրջանն այսօր նոր մարտահարվերների ու վտանգների առջեւ են կանգնած, որոնց մեր պետությունը կարող է դիմագրավել միայն ազգային նպատակների շուրջ համախմբվածությամբ, ապազգային կործանարար երեւույթների դեմ միասնական պայքարով եւ երկրի զարգացման ուղղությամբ ամենօրյա տքնաջան աշխատանքով: 

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս նվիրական տոնի՝  Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:
