Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանը միջնորդեց դատակոչի ցուցակը լրացնել 126 անձով

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը միջնորդեց փոխել դատակոչի ցուցակը և հարցաքննության հրավիրել ևս 126 հոգի։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի փաստաբանական թիմից: Ալումյանի խոսքով, սույն քրեական գործով որպես վկա մեղադրող կողմը ներգրավել է 984 անձ, որոնցից 872-ին որպես վկա, 102-ին՝ որպես տուժող և 10 անձ տուժողների իրավահաջորդներն են։ Այդ 102 և 126 անձինք նույն՝ մարտի 1-ի մայր գործով ճանաչվել են տուժող, սակայն վերջիններս չեն ներառվել դատակոչի ցուցակում։ Դատարանը առանց որևէ քննարկման և պատճառաբանության որոշել է դատարան հրավիրել միայն այդ 102-ին։ 

Ալումյանն ընդգծեց, որ մեղադրվող յուրաքանչյուր ոք իրավունք ունի իր վկային հրավիրել դատարան և հարցաքննել նույն պայմաններով, ինչ իր դեմ ցուցմունք տված վկաներին։ Ելնելով վերոգրյալից՝ պաշտպանը միջնորդեց ներկայացված հավելվածում թվարկված 126 տուժողների հրավիրել դատարան և հարցաքննել։ 
Պաշտպանի խոսքով, նրանց մեծ մասը ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ են, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ինչ-որ վնասվածք է ստացել և որոշակի տեղեկության է տիրապետում մարտի 1-ի իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ։ 

«Մենք պահանջում ենք պահպանել հավասարությունը կողմերի մեջ և պաշտպանական կողմի նկատմամբ կիրառել նույն մոտեցումը, ինչը և մեղադրող կողմի», - ասաց Ալումյանը։ 

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ մեղադրող կողմի ներկայացված դատակոչի ցուցակը իմպերատիվ բնույթ չի կրում և դատավորը պարավոր չէ ենթարկվել այդ անձանց հրավիրելու առաջարկին։ 

Այս միջնորդության լուծումը ևս հետաձգվեց մինչև գործում առկա բոլոր ապացույցների հետազոտումը։

Հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, ժամը 13։00-ին։
