ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

«Առողջապահության նախարարությունը սարքել են մեկ մարդու քինախնդրության «դուքյան»

«Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցն ընդունել է կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդ առաջին պացիենտին։ «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցը ողջ այս մղձավանջի ընթացքում սպասարկել է կորոնավիրուսով մեկուսացվածներին։

«Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցը սպասարկել է բոլոր այն հյուրանոցներին, որտեղ պահվել են կորոնավիրուսի թեսթ հանձնածներն ու հիվանդ քաղաքացիները։

Եւ ահա Հայաստանի անկախության 29-ամյակին «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցի եւ ոչ մի բժիշկ չի եղել պետական պարգեւի արժանացածների ցուցակում, որովհետեւ առողջապահության նախարարը, որը դեռեւս վայելում է իր դարից երկար ձգվող արձակուրդն ու մագլցում է համայն հայոց եւ Արցախի լեռները, «վիձիտե լի» անձնական հակակրանք ունի «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոնի տնօրեն Մհեր Դավիդյանցի հանդեպ։

Ու քանի որ ինքը որոշել է, որ Դավիդյանցը իր դուրը չի գալիս, որովհետեւ համարձակություն է ունեցել չընդունելու իր առաջարկը, էս մարդը համաճարակի առաջին օրից առաջնագծում կռիվ տվող հիվանդանոցի բժիշկներին որոշել է պատժել։

Իրեն երեւի իր վերադասները տվել են էդ իրավունքը, անձնական մանր վրեժխնդրությունից ելնելով՝ նվաստացնել մի ամբողջ հիվանդանոցի նվիրյալ բժիշկների։

Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյան, ես որոշել էի երբեւէ այլեւս Ձեզ չհիշել ու չհիշատակել։ Բայց Ձեր հետեւողական լռությունն այս ամենին առնվազն տարակուսելի է։

Էդ որ հրամանագիր եք ստորագրում բժիշկների պարգեւատրումների մասին, մի հատ բա չե՞ք հանձնարարում Ձեր աշխատակազմին, որ նայեն, թե ինչո՞ւ պետական պարգեւների արժանացած շատ հարգարժան բժիշկների ցանկում չկան «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոնի՝ կորոնավիրուսի պատերազմի առաջնագծի բժիշկները։

Ինչի՞ եք լռում։ Ինչքա՞ն կարելի է հանդուրժել էս աբսուրդը, երբ այս կամ այն ոլորտի նշանակված նախարարն իրեն համարում է «ցար ի բոգ» ու իր անհասկանալի բարդույթները փորձում է ջարդել համակարգի, պետության ու քաղաքացիների գլխին։

Վարչապետի խոսնակը ավետեց, որ առաջիկա օրերին եւս 100 բժիշկ ու նրանց մեջ նաեւ «Նորք» ինֆեկցիոնի բժիշկներից շատերը, կրկին կպարգեւատրվեն։

Ի դեպ, վարչապետին ու նախագահին ուղղված բաց նամակից հետո։

Ապրեն բոլոր բժիշկները, այդ թվում՝ Մհեր Դավիդյանցն ու իր անձնակազմը՝ ֆանտաստիկ նվիրումի եւ աշխատանքի համար։

Բայց, միեւնույն է, օդում մի տեսակ մնում է կարեւոր մի հարց՝ մինչեւ ե՞րբ էս մարդիկ իրենց ֆոբիաներով ու նեղ անձնական վրեժխնդրությամբ պիտի ապականեն ամեն ինչ»։
