ԼՀԿ ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Տեղեկացնում եմ, որ քիչ առաջ դիմել եմ ՀՀ ՏԿԵ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին՝ հետևյալ խնդրի առնչությամբ.

 Ինձ են դիմել բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ և հայտնել իրենց մտահոգությունը՝ Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ճանապարհի մոտ 15-րդ կմ-ի վրա գտնվող՝ Արտաշատի Բերքանուշ համայնքի վարչական տարածքում շարունակ տեղի ունեցող ավտոտրանսպորտային պատահարների առնչությամբ։ Նրանց պնդմամբ՝ վթարների պատճառը չթույլատրված հատվածում այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ բացելն է, մասնավորապես՝ մեքենաների շրջադարձ կատարելու համար ճամփաբաժան երկաթները կտրելը։

Այդ հատվածից հիմնականում օգտվում են Բերքանուշ, Բաղրամյան, Դալար գյուղերի բնակիչները, նաև այդ հատվածով են գյուղացիներն անցկացնում իրենց անասունները։

Արտաշատ քաղաքի կամրջից դեպի Երևան ճանապարհահատվածում են գտնվում Մրգավան, Դալար, Բերքանուշ, Բաղրամյան, Ազատավան գյուղերը և միայն Ազատավանի տարածքում կա գործող կամուրջ։

Նախարարին առաջարկել եմ հետագա ավտովթարներից խուսափելու և քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը դյուրացնելու նպատակով՝ կամուրջ կառուցել Բերքանուշ գյուղի հատվածում։

Նախարարի պատասխանն ստանալուն պես՝ այն ևս կհրապարակվի իմ պաշտոնական էջում»։
