«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Արտակ Դավթյանի հեռանալուց հետո կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը հայտնվել է բարդ խնդրի առջեւ եւ չի կարողանում ազատվել Արտակ Դավթյանի կադրերից:

Բանն այն է, որ Դավթյանը, նշանակվելով ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, համակարգ էր վերադարձրել կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի հետեւանքով 2013 թվականին ՊՆ-ից հեռացած զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանության վարչության նախկին պետ Սուրեն Հարությունյանին, որը եղել է Դավթյանի ընկերը, եւ ավելին՝ նշանակել էր իրեն օգնական:

Եվ, ահա, նրա հեռանալուց հետո Սուրեն Հարությունյանը շարունակում է մնալ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբում՝ որպես Օնիկ Գասպարյանի օգնական, ուստի ՊՆ-ում չեն ուզում ասել՝ դիմում գրիր, ազատվիր, որպեսզի տպավորություն չստեղծվի, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանն ազատվում է Արտակ Դավթյանի կադրերից:

Ավելին, Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբում աշխատակիցները կարծիք են հայտնել, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի նշանակումից հետո երանելի իրավիճակում են, քանի որ ականատես չեն լինում ՊՆ եւ ԳՇ ղեկավարների վեճին, տարբեր որոշումներ ամեն օր ներքեւից վերեւ չեն տանում, հետ բերում: Ասել է թե՝ արշալույսները խաղաղ են երկու գերատեսչությունների միջեւ»:
