Արարատ Միրզոյանն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի հետ

Պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանած Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը սեպտեմբերի 24-ին հանդիպել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի եւ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների ու հանձնաժողովների նախագահների հետ:

Ջերմորեն ողջունելով հյուրերին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանն իր անկեղծ գոհունակությունն է հայտնել նման ձեւաչափով հանդիպման համար, մասնավորապես, եւ երկու խորհրդարանների միջեւ շփումների պարբերականության համար, առհասարակ: ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը նշել է, որ այս ձեւաչափը կարող է մի նոր հարթակ դառնալ խմբակցությունների եւ հանձնաժողովների միջեւ՝ ավելի կոնկրետ ու թեմատիկ քննարկումների եւ շփումների համար, ինչը կօգնի լրացնել մեր մեծ համազգային օրակարգը, որը ժամանակի հրամայականով պարբերաբար վերանայելու, տարբեր ուղղություններով բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու, փոփոխվող մարտահրավերների համար նոր լուծումներ գտնելու, մոտեցումները վերաքննելու ու վերահաստատելու անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում:

Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը նշել է, որ երկու խորհրդարանների համատեղ աշխատանքի մեկնարկը հաջող է տրված եւ հույս է հայտնել, որ առաջիկա տարիներին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում կհաջողվի նոր որակ հաղորդել Արցախի խորհրդարանի օրինաստեղծ գործունեությանը: Այս համատեքստում նա կարեւորել է փոխայցելությունները ԱԺ նախագահների, խմբակցությունների, հանձնաժողովների մակարդակով:

Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի խորհրդարանների ղեկավարների առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում Արարատ Միրզոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Արթուր Թովմասյանին՝ այցի նախաձեռնության համար եւ շեշտել, որ այս ձեւաչափն իր ուրույն տեղը կզբաղեցնի համատեղ աշխատանքներում՝ է՛լ ավելի մեծացնելով օրակարգերի ներդաշնակեցման հնարավորությունն ու փոխգործակցությունը:

«Մեր առանձնազրույցին զուգահեռ, այս պահին հանդիպումներ են ընթանում նաեւ խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների ու հանձնաժողովների նախագահների միջեւ, եւ պետք է փաստեմ, որ այն բովանդակությունը, որը փորձում ենք դնել այս հանդիպումների մեջ, իսկապես աննախադեպ է եւ պետք է շարունակենք նույն ոճով»,- նշել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը:

Արթուր Թովմասյանը, մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է, որ չկա Արցախի Հանրապետության կողմից առաջարկված մի նախագիծ կամ հարց, որը լուծում չստանա ՀՀ-ի իշխանությունների կողմից:

Երկու խորհրդարանների ղեկավարներն առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու խորացմանն ուղղված մի շարք հարցեր:
