Ադրբեջանական haqqin.az կայքը մի հոդված էր հրապարակել, որտեղ նկարագրված էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կուլիսային բանակցություններից աղմկահարույց մանրամասներ:

Ըստ կայքի՝ տեղեկացված դիվանագիտական ​​աղբյուրները հայտնում են երկու առաջնորդների գաղտնի շփման մասին:  2018-ի հուլիս-օգոստոսին՝ թավշյա հեղափոխության առաջնորդ Փաշինյանի՝ իշխանության գալուց մի քանի ամիս անց նրա գլխավոր համախոհների և խորհրդատուներից մեկը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» դաշինքի համահիմնադիր Արսեն Խառատյանը, դիմել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարության աղբյուրներին՝ առաջարկելով սկսել ուղղակի բանակցություններ։ Այս պահին Ա.Խառատյանին հաջողվել է հրաժարվել արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով վարչապետի խորհրդականի պաշտոնից և հաստատվել է Թբիլիսիում`որպես Սորոսի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ՀԿ-ի ղեկավար: Եվրոպական երկրներից մեկի տարածքում Ադրբեջանի կառավարության ներկայացուցչի հետ հանդիպմանը Ա.Խառատյանը բացահայտ հայտարարել է, որ ինքը ներկայացնում է Փաշինյանին, ով շահագրգռված է որակապես նոր ձևաչափով բանակցություններով և պատրաստ է կարգավորման նոր մոդելի վրա հիմնված լուրջ փոխզիջումների: Ա.Խառատյանը Ն.Փաշինյանի անունից փոխանցել է, որ Հայաստանի նոր կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում ընդունելու ապագա բանակցություններում Տեր-Պետրոսյանի կառավարության կողմից ընդունված փուլային կարգավորման ծրագիրը, որը տապալեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը 90-ականների վերջին: Ա.Խառատյանն առաջարկել է առաջին գաղտնի հանդիպումը անցկացնել Թբիլիսիում: Սակայն բանակցությունների վայրի շուրջ քննարկումների ընթացքում, հաշվի առնելով Թբիլիսիում Ռուսաստանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ակտիվ ներկայությունը, որոշվել է անցկացնել առաջին խորհրդակցությունները եվրոպական երկրներից մեկի չեզոք տարածքում: Ադրբեջանական կողմը, հավատարիմ մնալով Ա.Խառատյանի և Ն.Փաշինյանի առջև ստանձնած պարտավորություններին, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին չի տեղեկացրել այս բանակցությունների մասին:

Վարչապետի նախկին խորհրդական Արսեն Խառատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հերքել է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների կողմից շրջանառվող տեղեկատվությունը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անունից գաղտնի բանակցություններ է վարել ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ:

«Ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան տվայտանքների մեջ է:

Ալիևի անձնական օգտագործման հաքքինազ-ը հերթական սուտ ու կեղծ տեքստն է հրապարակել, այս անգամ մտացածին պատումներ ներկայացնելով իմ անվան շահարկմամբ: Այսպես` իբր ես, 2018-ին գաղտնի բանակցություններ եմ վարել ադրբեջանցիների հետ:

Անիմաստ եմ համարում իշխանությունն ամեն գնով փրկել փորձող Ալիեւի խամաճիկային մեդիաներին արձագանքելը, սակայն ներհայաստանյան տիրույթում հնարավոր շահարկումներից խուսափելու համար հստակեցնեմ. ՀՀ Վարչապետի խորհրդական աշխատելու կարճ ժամանակահատվածում, ես որեւէ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյայի հետ, որեւէ հարց չեմ քննարկել:

Թե ինչու են ադրբեջանցիներն այս փուլում այսպիսի կեղծ տեքստ հրապարակում, պետք է իրենցից պարզել: Միայն կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ հուլիսյան հաղթական օպերացիայից եւ դրան հաջորդած «Ալ Ջազիրայի» հայտնի հարցազրույցի ընթացքում «ծեծ ուտելուց» հետո Ալիևի որոշ պաշտոնյաներ դեռևս ուշքի չեն եկել, որոնց խորհուրդ կտամ սառը ցնցուղ ընդունել, վալերյանկայի զապաս հավաքել ու սրտի վախով սպասել այն օրվան, երբ ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունները կծեծեն իրենց դռները:

Ի դեպ, այդ օրը շատ հեռու չէ...»,- գրել է Խառատյանը:
