Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ներկայացրեց դիտարկումները.

ԱՌԱՋԻՆ. Ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ մինչև այս պահն իրականացնում է քաղաքացիական բնակչության և օբյեկտների միտումնավո՛ր թիրախավորում։

ԵՐԿՐՈՐԴ. Ադրբեջանի կողմից խախտվում է ԱՀ բնակչության կյանքի իրավունքը։

ԵՐՐՈՐԴ. Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող մեր զինծառայողների դիակները վտանգի մեջ են։

ՉՈՐՐՈՐԴ. Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կողմից վերջին օրերի վայրագությունները բավականին խորքային կերպով հենված են պետական հայատյացության քաղաքականության վրա։

ՀԻՆԳԵՐՈՐԴ. Ադրբեջանն ինտենսիվ կերպով կիրառում է արգելված զինատեսակներ և պատերազմի վարման արգելված մեթոդներ։ Արդեն Հհ և ԱՀ պաշտոնական տարբեր աղբյուրներով և միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների օգնությամբ ունենք որոշակի փաստեր, որ Ադրբեջանում մեր դեմ կռվում են սիրիացի վարձկաններ։ Ըստ այսմ տարածաշրջանում առկա է հումանիտար ճգնաժամի վտանգ։

ՎԵՑԵՐՈՐԴ. Ադրբեջանը լայնորեն կիրառում է միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքով արգելված ահաբեկման մեթոդաբանությունը։

ՅՈԹԵՐՈՐԴ. Ռազմական ագրեսիան մեկնարկել և շարունակվում է կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պայմաններում՝ հակառակ միջազգային հանրության զսպող կոչերին։

ՈՒԹԵՐՈՐԴ. Տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ դարձել են ներքին տարհանվածներ՝ փախստականներ։
