Նիդերլանդների «Քրիստոնեական միություն» կոալիցիոն կուսակցությունը անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ագրեսիային: Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ Թուրքիան կրկին հատել է կարմիր գիծը, այս անգամ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի բոցկլտացող հակամարտության մեջ:

«Նիդերլանդները և ԵՄ-ն հստակ չեն արտահայտում իրենց մարդասիրական տեսակետը, սակայն բավ է, ժամանակն է սթափվել և տալ հստակ գնահատական: Նախկինում Թուրքիան Սիրիայում իրականացնում էր հարձակում քրդերի վրա, Լիբիայում խախտում էր զենքի էմբարգոն և սրում թուրք-հունական հարաբերությունները: Հիմա ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկիր Թուրքիան սպառնում է Հայաստանին: Դա արվում է պատերազմական հռետորաբանությամբ և ռազմական միջոցներով: Նիդերլանդների «Քրիստոնեական միություն» (ChristenUnie) կուսակցությունը գտնում է, որ վաղուց Նիդերլանդների և Եվրամիության դիրքորոշում ստանձնելու և միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու ժամանակն է: Անցյալ կիրակի օրվանից ծանր մարտեր են ընթանում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի սահմաններին, որի ազգաբնակչությունը հիմնականում հայ է: Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիյևի խոսքը հստակ էր. նա արտահայտում է վրեժխնդրություն՝ նպատակ ունենալով նվաճել տարածաշրջանը, որը Խորհրդային տարիներին ներառված էր Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Ադրբեջանը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հարձակում սկսեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա՝ հրետակոծելով նրա գյուղերն ու քաղաքները: Այժմ Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ տարածքը, որը սահմանակից  չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ, ևս ենթարկվում է հրետակոծության:

Քրիստոնեական Հայաստանում իրականացվում է ընդանուր զորահավաք: Մենք տեսնում ենք ցնցող կադրեր, որոնցում մարդիկ հրաժեշտ են տալիս ընտանիքին, լսում ենք կատաղի մարտերի մասին և տխուր զեկույցներ ստանում մարտում ընկածների մասին: Սա մի ծանր ողբերգություն է, որն ինձ շատ է հուզում:

Թուրքիան ի սկզբանե ստանձնել է Ադրբեջանի ռազմատենչ դաշնակցի դերը և դա չի սահմանափակվում միայն խոսքով: Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնը հաստատում է, որ Թուրքիան սիրիացի ջիհադիստներին ուղարկում է տարածաշրջան: Հայաստանը հայտնում է, որ հայկական կործանիչ ինքնաթիռը խոցվել է Թուրքիայի կողմից: Հայաստանի նկատմամբ թուրքական այս թշնամանքը մեզ հիշեցնում է ավելի քան հարյուր տարի առաջ իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին, որտեղ մեկուկես միլիոն հայ սպանվեց՝ Օսմանյան կայսրության կողմից: Հայերը մտավախություն ունեն, որ վտանգված է իրենց երկրի և ժողովրդի գոյատևումը: Միանշանակ է, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան պետք է խստորեն դատապարտվի Նիդերլանդների, Եվրամիության և ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից: Այնուամենայնիվ, նրանք զսպվածություն և զգուշություն են ցուցաբերում՝ Թուրքիայի հնարավոր արձագանգից. նա կարող է դադարեցնել փախստականների գործարքը ԵՄ-ի հետ, ինչի արդյունքում վերջին տարիներին շատ ավելի քիչ փախստականներ են հասնում Եվրոպա:

Եվրոպական տարբեր առաջնորդներ պնդում են՝ անհապաղ դադարեցնել մարտական գործողությունները՝ վերականգնել զինադադարի ռեժիմը: Նրանցից շատերը՝ այդ թվում և Նիդերլանդները, ցուցաբերում են ընդհանրական և ոչ կոնկրետ հասցեական մոտեցում:

Թուրքիայի առաջնորդ Էրդողանը և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևն իրենց ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությամբ չեն զիջում մեկ-մեկու: «Ողջ հնարավորություններով և ի խորոց սրտի», Էրդողանը Ադրբեջանի կողմն է: Հայաստանը պետք է վերջ տա «Ադրբեջանի տարածքի բռնազավթումը», ասում է նա: Ուստի տատանվելու առիթ չկա:

Ֆրանսիան այժմ ճանաչել է ինչպես Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան, այնպես էլ Թուրքիայի միջամտությունը: Ժամանակն է, որ Նիդերլանդները հետևի Ֆրանսիայի օրինակին: Առաջնահերթ կարևորություն է Եվրամիության և ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակներում խստորեն դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի ագրեսիան և կոչ անել զորքերը դուրս բերել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից և Հայաստանից: Մերժման պարագայում՝ պետք է հաջորդեն խիստ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ:

Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ տնտեսական համագործակցությունը պետք է դադարեցվի: Թուրքիայի դեպքում պետք է անտեսել ՆԱՏՕ-ի կանոնադրության 5-րդ հոդվածի սկզբունքը, ըստ որի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ որևէ երկրի պատերազմ նշանակում է պատերազմ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ բոլոր երկրներին: Թուրքիան պետք է ընկալի, որ ագրեսիան չդադարեցնելու դեպքում, չի կարող ակնկալել ՆԱՏՕ-ի աջակցությունը:

Ցավալի է, որ Թուրքիան պարբերաբար հատում է կարմիր գիծը՝ բերելով ողբերգական հետևանքների: Թող այս աղետալի պատերազմը լինի վերջինը: Ըստ «Քրիստոնեական Միություն» կուսակցության՝ ապա այդ միջոցառումն չափազանց է, անթույլատրելի»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
