ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո տարածել են հերթական հայտարարությունը։

Ի՞նչ հետություններ կարելի է անել այս հայտարարությունից։

Համանախագահների հայտարարությունը, ինչպես նաև վերջին շրջանի զարգացումները հերթական անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ այս ընթացքում Ռուսաստանը՝ ինչպես ՄԽ համանախագահի կարգավիճակով, այնպես էլ երկկողմ ձևաչափով, ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացում ավելի մեծ դերակատարություն ունի, քան ՄԽ մյուս համանախագահները միասին։ ՄԽ համանախագահները հայտարարության մեջ հղում են անում հենց ՌԴ-ի ջանքերի շնորհիվ Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածությունների վրա։

Դրական է այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջապես նորից հրադադարի պահպանման մեխանիզմների խնդիր է դրվում։ Ցավալի է, որ լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմ և հարյուրավոր զոհեր էին պետք, որպեսզի այդ մեխանիզմների նրեդրման կարևորությունը նորից ընդգծվի համանախագահների կողմից։

Չի կարող հարցեր չառաջացնել սուբստանտիվ բանակցությունների մասին հերթական շեշտադրումը, այն էլ ռազմական գործողությունների ներկայիս ակտիվ փուլում։

Տարօրինակ է, որ համանախագահների հասցեական կոչը ուղղված է միայն ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներին, այնինչ համանախագահները պարբերաբար եղել են Արցախում, հանդիպել են Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ, իսկ լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողությունները ծավալվում են Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև։

Հայտարարության մեջ չկա նաև հասցեական և զսպող կոչ՝ ուղղված հակամարտության մեջ ակտիվորեն ներգրավված և իրավիճակի ապակայունացմամբ շահագրգռված երրորդ կողմին՝ Թուրքիային։

Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, կարելի էր ակընկալել, որ համանախագահները պետք է անդրադառնային նաև պատերազմի թեժ փուլում Ադրբեջանին մատակարարվող զենքերի վրա միջազգային էմբարգո դնելու խնդրին, ինչը, սակայն, հայտարարության մեջ անտեսվել է»։
