ԼՀԿ-ն կոչ է անում ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին Արցախը հայտարարել թռչող սարքերի համար ոչ թռիչքային գոտի

Լուսավոր Հայաստան կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում նոր ցեղասպանության և հումանիտար աղետի կանխարգելմանն ուղղված ոչ թռիչքային գոտի հայտարարելու մասին:

«Այսօր ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը` ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի դիմումի, փակ քննարկում կանցնացնի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ։

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը՝ Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերի հետ համագործակցությամբ, վարձկանների և ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների հետ հանցավոր համագործակցությամբ, արդեն 20 օրից ավել օդուժի և հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ների կիրառմամբ թիրախավորում են Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության) քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը, քաղաքացիական օբյեկտները, օգտագործում միջազգային իրավունքով արգելված զինատեսակներ, ինչպես նաև սպանում (այդ թվում՝ գլխատման միջոցով) ռազմագերիներին, կատարում այլ պատերազմական հանցագործություններ և իրականացնում Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության) բնակչության էթնիկ զտում։

Այս գործողությունների արդյունքում իրական է դարձել վտանգը, որ նոր ցեղասպանություն կիրագործվի ցեղասպանության արհավիրքը վերապրած ազգի դեմ։

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալ իրողությունները՝ կոչ ենք անում ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության) ողջ տարածքում հայտարարել և բոլոր միջոցներով պարտադրել ոչ թռիչքային գոտի (no-fly zone | бесполетная зона | zone d'exclusion aérienne)՝ բոլոր տեսակի թռչող սարքերի համար, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա կանխել պատերազմական հանցագործությունների հետագա ընթացքը և բացառել հումանիտար աղետի հետևանքները։

Միաժամանակ, կոչ ենք անում ԵԱԿՀ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, Ֆրանսիային և ԱՄՆ֊ին աջակցել այս առաջարկության ընդունմանը, իրականացմանն ու պարտադրմանը։

Դիմում ենք ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարին և ՄԱԿ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչին, որպեսզի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում ներկայացվի Արցախի տարածքում ոչ թռիչքային գոտի հայտարարելու առաջարկությունը», - ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
