«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Առկա իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումներ է ունենում ոչ իշխանական ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ արտախորհրդարանականների հետ։ Նախօրեին հանդիպել էր նաեւ Արցախի նախկին նախագահներին:

Երեկ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ հանդիպել են Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Արկադի Ղուկասյանը եւ Բակո Սահակյանը: Սա, իհարկե, աննախադեպ երեւույթ է ու միասնաբար ստեղծված վիճակից շահեկանորեն դուրս գալու լավագույն ճանապարհը:

Ընդհանրապես, տարբեր կարծիքներ լսելու, ականջալուր լինելու հանգամանքը չափազանց կարեւոր է բոլորի, առավել եւս ցանկացած իշխանության համար, այդ մասին բազմիցս խոսել ենք նաեւ նախապատերազմական շրջանում:

«Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Շիրազ Խաչատրյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ ժամանակին պարտավոր էինք ձեւավորել այնպիսի մթնոլորտ եւ իրավիճակ, որ ունենայինք միասնական օրակարգով առաջ շարժվելու հստակ հայեցակարգեր։

«Ցավոք, նմանօրինակ բարդ ու ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներում ենք հասկանում ազգային միասնականության գաղափարի կարեւորությունը, երբ վտանգ է սպառնում յուրաքանչյուրիս անհատապես, հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ մոռանում ենք բոլոր տարաձայնությունները։

Հարց է առաջանում՝ եթե կարողանում ենք նման իրավիճակներում այդպիսի բնավորություն ցուցաբերել, ի՞նչն է խանգարում մշտապես կուռ հասարակություն լինել։ Բայց հիմա էլ ամեն ինչ վերջնականապես կորած չէ։

Ռազմաքաղաքական եւ դիվանագիտական ճակատներում հաջողության հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ավելի լայն համագործակցություն, ինչի նշաններն արդեն նշմարվում են. եթե բոլոր ներքին ռեսուրսները ճիշտ օգտագործենք, միասնական տեսակետներով հանդես գանք, այդ դեպքում կկայացնենք այնպիսի որոշումներ, որոնք կլինեն բացառապես ի շահ մեր պետության եւ ժողովրդի եւ ընդունելի կլինեն հասարակության բոլոր շերտերի համար։ Այդ դեպքում միանշանակ կունենանք հաջողություններ»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը»:
