«Ժողովուրդ»․ Ծաղկաձորում գտնվող գերթանկարժեք հինգաստղանի «Գոլդեն Փելիս» հյուրանոցը գնորդ չունի

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող գերթանկարժեք հինգաստղանի «Գոլդեն Փելիս» հյուրանոցը գնորդ չունի: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ երեկ հյուրանոցի աճուրդի օրն էր, սակայն գնորդ չունենալու պատճառով այն չի կայացել:

ՀՀ պետական գույ­քի կառավարման կոմիտեի ղեկավար Նարեկ Բաբայանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում դժվարացավ հստակ կանխատեսում անել հյուրա­նոցի վերաբերյալ. «Այս օրերին դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ կլինի: Ռազմական դրությունն ավարտվի, կքննարկվի հարցը»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Գոլդեն Փելիս» հյուրանոցի սեփականատեր, մաքսային ծառայության նախկին պետ Արմեն Ավետիսյանի ընտանիքը դիմել էր Պետական գույքի կառավարման վար­չությանը եւ ասել՝ հյուրանոցը նվիրում է պետությանը: Դրանից հետո կառավարությունը որոշեց աճուրդի հանել Կոտայքի մարզի Ծաղկաձոր քաղա­քի Տանձաղբյուրի հասցեում գտնվող 19758 քմ շենք-շինությունները, ինչպես նաեւ շենք-շինությունների ներսում առկա 3257 միավոր շարժական գույքը եւ շենք-շինությունների օգտագործման ու սպասարկման համար հատկացված 1.38 հեկտար մակերեսով հողամասը:

Գույքի գնահատված ար­ժեքն այս աճուրդին կազմում է 7 մլրդ 526 մլն 457 հազար 800 դրամ (հյուրանոցի նախավճարը կազմում է 376 մլն 322 հազար 890 դրամ, իսկ հողի կադաստրային արժեքը կազմում է 62 մլն 431 հազար դրամ):

Տեղեկացնենք, որ հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցում տեղավորվել էին կորոնավիրուսով վա­րակված անձանց հետ շփվածները»:
