«Ժողովուրդ». Քաղաքապետարանին տրվելիք բյուջեն կրճատվել է շուրջ 20 մլրդ 95 մլն դրամով

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեւան քաղաքի արտաքին լուսավորության համար 2021թ. բյուջեի նախագծով նախատեսված է 2 միլիարդ դրամ, փողոցների նորոգման համար հատկացվել է 3 միլիարդ դրամ՝ մնալով անփոփոխ 2020 թվականի բյուջով նախատեսվածի հետ համեմատած, իսկ, ահա, Մետրոպոլիտենի վերակառուցման համար նախատեսվել է 833 միլիոն դրամ։

Երեկ այս տվյալները խորհրդարանում ներկայացրեց Երեւանի քաղաքապետի նորընտիր տեղակալ Սերգեյ Ներսիսյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնում փոխարինել է Հայկ Սարգսյանին: 2020 թվականի բյուջեի նախագիծը խորհրդարանում նախորդ տարի ներկայացրել էր հենց Սարգսյանը, եւ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը, ուսումնասիրելով նախորդ տարվա նախագիծը, պարզեց, որ նախորդ տարի Մետրոպոլիտենի վերականգնման ծրագրին հատկացվել էր 4 միլիարդ, փողոցների արտաքին լուսավորության ծրագրի իրականացմանը՝ շուրջ 2 միլիարդ դրամ։ Մշակութային ծրագրին հատկացվել էր 1 միլիարդից ավելի գումար, որով պետք է նորոգվեին 4 թանգարան եւ Երեւանի կենդանաբանական այգին։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ պետության կողմից Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին տրվելիք բյուջեն կրճատվել է շուրջ 20 մլրդ 95 մլն դրամով, որի տեսակարար կշռում մեծ մաս են վարկային եւ դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերը: Իսկ, ահա, Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին պատվիրակված լիազորությունների կատարման բյուջեն նախատեսվել է 36 միլիարդ 15 միլիոն դրամ։

Երեւան համայնքին տրվող նպատակային հատկացումներն ավելացել են 39 միլիոն դրամով՝ կազմելով 9 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ ֆինանսական համահարթեցման համար տրվող դոտացիան մնացել է անփոփոխ՝ 13 միլիարդ դրամ»:
