Եվրոպայի հարյուր հայկական կազմակերպություններ դիմել են ԵԱՀԿ-ին՝ պահանջելով նոր բանակցություններ անցկացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ և վերանայել ԼՂ-ում ռազմական գործողությունների լիակատար դադարի մասին համաձայնագիրը, որը ստորագրվել է Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Ինչպես հայտնում է ТАСС-ը, համապատասխան հայտարարություն է տարածել Ավստրիայում Հայկական Առաքելական եկեղեցու թեմը:

«Մենք՝ եվրոպական հայկական կազմակերպությունները, կոչ ենք անում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի անդամներին վերսկսել հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացը՝ վերանայելով ընթացիկ հայտարարությունը, որը ստորագրվել է առանց երեք համանախագահ երկրներից երկուսի՝ ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի մասնակցության: Այդ փաստաթուղթը, որը պարտադրվել է հայերին, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքի արդյունք չէ, որը միջազգային մանդատ ունի կարգավիճակի վերանայման և Արցախի հետ կապված անվտանգության հարցերի կարգավորման համար: Հայտարարությունը ծայրահեղ անհավասարակշիռ պայմաններ է ներկայացնում, չի ապահովում Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը և հիմք է ստեղծում մոտ ապագայում բռնության սրման համար»,- ասվում է դիմումի տեքստում:

Ավստրիայի Հայկական Առաքելական եկեղեցու թեմի հայտարարության մեջ էլ նշվում է, որ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված «համաձայնագիրը վտանգ է ներկայացնում ոչ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ ժողովրդի, այլև Հայաստանի համար»:
