Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-300-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի՝ իշխանության յուրացման և 35-305-րդ հոդվածի՝ պետական, քաղաքական կամ հասարակական գործչի գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով սպանության նախապատրաստման և 235-րդ հոդվածի՝ ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք պահելու հատկանիշներով։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին նոյեմբերի 15-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Վանեցյանի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը։

Լուսինե Սահակյանն անհասկանալի է համարում մեղադրանքի բովանդակությունը, նշելով, որ Վանեցյանը իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչում։

Ավելի վաղ, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Աշոտ Մինասյանը Սիսիան քաղաքում գտնվող շինություններից մեկում ապօրինի պահել է մեծաքանակ զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր, պայթուցիկ սարքեր: Ընդ որում, հիշատակված անձը, 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սկսված ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում և դրա ավարտից անմիջապես հետո, Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետություններում գործունեություն ծավալած կուսակցությունների ղեկավարների, հակաիշխանական հայացքներ ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչների և նրանց համախոհների հետ պայմանավորվածություններ է ձեռք բերել ապօրինի պահած զենք-զինամթերքը որպես հանցագործության գործիք օգտագործելու միջոցով կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու եղանակով զավթելու իշխանությունը, մասնավորապես՝ պետական գործչի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով ապօրինաբար վերջինին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկել և ինչպես այդ կերպ, այնպես էլ Սահմանադրությամբ  չնախատեսված այլ եղանակով տիրանալ  Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության լիազորություններին՝ քննարկելով նույնիսկ ՀՀ վարչապետին փոխարինող հավանական թեկնածուի վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Հիշատակված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում՝ «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը և ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը։
