«Հատուկ իշխանական «հորդորիչների» համար։

Համաձայն ՀՀ Սահմանադրության Հոդված 14.2-ի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը քաղաքական հարցերում պահպանում են չեզոքություն և քաղաքացիական վերահսկողության ներքո են։

«Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի Հոդված 8․1.6-ի համաձայն զինծառայողն իրավունք չունի պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելու ի շահ կուսակցությունների, կրոնական, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և դրանց գործունեության օգտին իրականացվող քարոզչության:

«Հավաքների ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն Սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամներն ու դատավորները, ինչպես նաև զինված ուժերում, ոստիկանությունում, ազգային անվտանգության, դատախազության մարմիններում ծառայողները հավաքներին մասնակցելիս պետք է քաղաքական չեզոքություն և զսպվածություն ցուցաբերեն։

Նշված անձինք իրավունք չունեն կազմակերպելու այնպիսի հավաքներ, որոնք կարող են կասկածի տակ դնել իրենց քաղաքական չեզոքությունը։ Զինված ուժերում, ոստիկանությունում, ազգային անվտանգության, դատախազության մարմիններում ծառայողներն իրավունք չունեն հավաքին մասնակցելու ծառայողական համազգեստով։

Եթե այսօր որևէ հրապարակում հայտնվեն զինծառայողներ կամ զինված ուժերի որևէ ստորաբաժանումներ, ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է գործող իշխանությունը»։
