«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ
Սիրելի՛ գործընկերներ
Ինձ հարազատ դարձած հետևորդնե՛ր

Ես դուստրն եմ ազատամարտիկ Շահեն Ստեփանյանի, ով Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում մարտնչեց հարավային ամբողջ ճակատում և զոհվեց ազատագրված Ֆիզուլիում: Ծնված Հադրութ քաղաքում՝ իմ վերաբերմունքն այս պատերազմին եղել է նաև խիստ անձնական: Եվ պատերազմի ելքն էլ ընդունել եմ ոչ միայն որպես պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչ, այլ որպես անձնական կորուստ:

Կարծում եմ` հայրենիքի համար այս դժվարին պահին ավելի քան կարիք կա պաշտոնյաների, որոնք զգացմունքային դաշտում որոշումներ չեն կայացնի, մասնագիտորեն կնայեն երևույթներին և կաշխատեն ամբողջ ներուժով: Մի բան, որ այս պահին ինձ չի հաջողվի:

Երախտապարտ եմ այս ծանր օրերին կողքիս լինելու և աջակցելու համար: Փորձել ենք առաջնորդվել տեղեկատվական պայքարի օրենքներով, մատուցել այնպիսի տեղեկատվություն, որը գրված ու չգրված կանոններով պետք է տալ պատերազմող երկրի հասարակությանը: Եթե ինչ-որ բան ինձ, այնուամենայնիվ, հաջողվել է, ձեզ եմ համարում իմ գլխավոր մոտիվացիան, ինչի համար շնորհակալ եմ անչափ:
