Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ «Խոսք կա՝ ամեն ժողովուրդ արժանի է իր իշխանությանը։ Ավելացնեմ՝ այս պարզ ճշմարտությունը չհասկացող ժողովուրդն ավելի վատն է, քան իր վատ իշխանությունը։

Մեր վերջին օրերին հետևողն ապշում է՝ լա’վ, մտածելու ունակությունը կորցրել եք, մարդի’կ, ինքնապահպանման բնա՞զդն էլ եք կորցրել։ Չե՞ք հասկանում, որ Արցախը տալով՝ չավարտվեց այս ողբերգությունը։ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհն արդեն փաստացի անանցանելի է, որովհետև մի զգալի մասն ադրբեջանցու տարածքով է անցնում։ Վաղը կկորցնենք Մեղրին, մյուս օրը՝ Վարդենիսը…

Հայաստանը կորցնում է պետականությունը։ Չկա մեկը, ով որպես պետության մարդ կխոսի մյուս պետությունների մարդկանց հետ։ Երկրի ներսում անիշխանություն ու անարխիա է, երկրից դուրս մեր հարցերը լուծում են առանց մեզ։ Իսկ այստեղ մեծամասնությունն անտարբեր է, զբաղված է «իմ ու քո» անելով, սև ու սպիտակ ջոկելով, հին ու նոր պարզաբանումներով։ Չե՞ք հասկանում, որ սա վերջն է, որ շուտով Հայաստան չի լինի։

Այդպես կորցրինք Արևմտյան Հայաստանը։ Այդպես կորցրինք Արևելյան Հայաստանի կեսն անցած դարի սկզբին։ Այդպես երեկ կորցրինք Արցախը։ Մարդի’կ, հիմա էլ այս մի բուռն ենք կորցնում, որովհետև գորշ ամբոխն անտարբերությունն իրեն աստված է կարգել, իսկ կուրությունը՝ ապրելու ձև։ Թե՞ երեսուն տարի այս պահն եք երազել, որ ազատվեք պետականությունից՝ որոշում կայացնելու, պատասխանատվություն վերցնելու, արժանապատիվ ապրելու հոգսից։

Եթե դա է ձեր ուզածը, հիշեք՝ չլինի Հայաստան պետությունը՝ ձեզնից ապրելու իրավունքն էլ կխլվի։ Որովհետև երկիրն իրենց կուշտ անտարբերությանը զոհած մարդիկ ոչ միայն իրենց կամքով ապրելու, այլև իրենց կամքով մեռնելու իրավունք չունե՛ն։ Եվ ձեր այդ վիճակին, անհարգելի անտարբերնե՛ր, մի քայլ է մնացել։
