Հանրային լրագրության ակումբի կազմակերպած առցանց քննարկման շրջանակներում ներկայացրել եմ գերիների ու անհայտ կորածների մասով ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, լիազոր մարմինների անելիքները, ԱՀ ու ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանների կատարած աշխատանքները և առկա հիմնախնդիրները: Այս մասին գրառում է կատարել Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։

Նա մասնավորապես գրել է․

«Խոսքիս հիմնական կետերն էին՝

• Պետական լիազոր մարմինները, առաջին հերթին՝ ՊՆ գերիների և անհայտ կորածների հանձնաժողովները պարտավոր են անել առավելագույնը զոհերի մարմինների ու գերիների վերադարձման և անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրերի բացահայտման ուղղությամբ.

• Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաստատությունն աջակցող գործառույթ է կատարում, և հնարավորինս անում ենք տվյալների հավաքագրման ու տարբեր մարմինների աշխատանքներին աջակցելու ուղղությամբ.

• Ադրբեջանական կողմը դիտավորյալ ու հանցավոր կերպով ձգձգում է գործընթացները՝ միաժամանակ անընդհատ հրապարակելով հայ ռազմագերիների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց հանդեպ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի մասին վկայող նորանոր տեսանյութեր՝ նպատակ ունենալով խորացնել հայկական հասարակության ներքին լարվածությունը և տառապանքները.

• Արդեն 400-ից ավելի հայ զինծառայողի մարմին է հանվել կամ փոխանակվել տարբեր վայրերից, ներառյալ՝ Շուշիից, Մարտունուց, Կարմիր շուկայից, Մատաղիսից, Հադրութի Վանք գյուղից.

• Պետական լիազոր մարմինները պարտավոր են արդյունավետ ու հնարավորինս թափանցիկ հաղորդակցություն վարել գերիների ու անհայտ կորածների և ողջ հասարակության հետ ընթացիկ աշխատանքների ու արդյունքների վերաբերյալ.

• Գերիների ու անհայտ կորածների հարազատները, այլ անձինք և լրատվամիջոցները պետք է զգույշ լինեն նրանց մասին տեղեկություններ հրապարակելիս, որպեսզի հանկարծ չվնասեն նրանց որոնման ու փրկության աշխանքներին։
