Վերջին օրերին Նիկոլ փաշինյանը հերթով հանդիպել է Արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միության նախագահ Արսեն Ղազարյանի, «ՍԻԼ կոնցեռն»-ի հիմնադիր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի, «Ալեքս հոլդինգ»-ի հիմնադիր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի, «Սովրանո»-ի սեփականատեր Արման Սահակյանի, «Սպայկա»-ի սեփականատեր Դավիթ Ղազարյանի, «Մենյու էյէմ»-ի հիմնադիր Վահան Քերոբյանի հետ: 

Այդ հեղափոխությունից հետո է պարզվել, որ Հայաստանում այլևս օլիգարխներ չկան, կա միայն օրենքի տառին և ոգուն համարժեք գործող գործարարների համայնք: Մինչ այդ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույն Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին անվանում էր ՀՀԿ ֆինանսական կտուր, պահանջում նրա դեմ քրեական գործեր հարուցել, մեղադրում էր շաքարավազի և այլ շուկաներում մենաշնորհ հաստատելու համար: Սպայկայի սեփականատեր Դավիթ Ղազարյանն էլ բնավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի լյուբիմչիկների շարքում չի եղել, հեղափոխությունից հետո Սպայկայի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցեցին, իսկ ինքը` Ղազարյանը, անցնում էր քրեական գործով: Այսօր այդ ամենը Փաշինյանը մոռացության է մատնել և հանդիպումների շարք է կազմակերպում իր սրտի օլիգարխների հետ: Փաստորեն, Փաշինյանի տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը այն աստիճանի է ձախողվել, որ այսօր տնտեսությունը մեռյալ կետից շարժելու հարցում նրա միակ հույսը իր իսկ կողմից նախկինում պիտակավորված օլիգարխներն են: 

Փաշինյանը նաև այն աստիճան է հաջողել պայքարը կոռուպցիայի դեմ, որ այսօր նրա միջնորդությամբ մեդալ է շնորհվել նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք կարիերային աստիճանով բարձրացած ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանին: Մեկ տարի առաջ էլ արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան էր շնորհվել Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին, ով պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից մեղադրվել է բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին մեղքերի մեջ: 
Փաստորեն, հենց սա է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը, իրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումը և սա է թավշյա իշխանությունների պատկերացրած Նոր Հայաստանը:
