Այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում եւ քրեագիտական վարչությունում հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունեցել պատերազմական հանցագործությունների գծով միջազգային փորձագետ, կրիմինալիստ ֆրանսահայ Էլիզ Պողոսյանի եւ արգելված զինատեսակների կիրառման գծով միջազգային փորձագետ Ժան Լյուկ Մեսաժեի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից արցախաադրբեջանական շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով սանձազերծված եւ վարվող  ագրեսիվ պատերազմի ընթացքում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի լուրջ խախտումներ համարվող արարքների կատարման, արգելված զինատեսակների կիրառման, ինչպես նաեւ նշված դեպքերի առթիվ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից մեծածավալ փորձաքննությունների նշանակման եւ իրականացման վերաբերյալ հարցեր:

Քննարկումների առարկա են դարձվել միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերի լուրջ խախտումներ համարվող մի շարք արարքների, մասնավորապես՝ ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի ծառայողների կողմից գերեվարված հայ ռազմագերիների եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց սպանության, խոշտանգման, նրանց նկատմամբ դաժան, անմարդկային եւ արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելու, ռազմական գործողություններում վարձկաններ օգտագործելու վերաբերյալ դեպքերը:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում երկուստեք պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել հետագա աշխատանքային համագործակցությունը շարունակելու ուղղությամբ։
