«Ժողովուրդ». Մանրամասներ դատավորների և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումից

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Նոյեմբերի 30-ին դատական համակարգի մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ հանդիպել էին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին այդ դռնփակ հանդիպումից մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել: Նախ՝ նկատենք՝ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը ոչ բոլոր դատավորներն են մասնակցել։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ դատական համակարգում խոսակցություններ կան այն մասին, որ Փաշինյանը հանդիպման հրավիրել է այն դատարանների դատավորներին, որոնցից շատերը շահագրգռվածություններ ունեն:

Օրինակ՝ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի թեկնածու Լիլիթ Թադեւոսյանին համարում են աղմկահարույց դատական գործերով իշխանահաճո որոշումներ կայացնող դատավոր. ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի մասով քննվող քրեական գործի պարագայում նա այն հետ ուղարկեց Վերաքննիչ դատարան՝ նոր քննություն իրականացնելու: Այսինքն՝ այնպիսի որոշումներ է կայացրել, որ իշխանությանը դեմ չի գնացել:

Բացի այդ, նա ՀՀ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի թեկնածու է, ընդունել է այդ հրավերը՝ ԱԺ-ում քվեարկության մասով խնդիրներ չունենալու նկատառումներից ելնելով: Մյուս դատավորը, որը ներկա է եղել վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը, եղել է Հովսեփ Բեդեւյանը, որը Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավոր է ցանկանում դառնալ. այդ հաստիքը թափուր է Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի՝ ՍԴ անդամ դառնալուց հետո: Ընդ որում, այդ թեկնածուին ընտրելու է իշխանական «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը: Ստացվում է՝ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպմանը գնացել են հիմնականում այնպիսի մարդիկ, որոնք ինչ-ինչ հավակնություններ ունեն. Վիգեն Քոչարյանին արդարադատության փոխնախարարի պաշտոնից ազատեցին, սակայն առանց աշխատանք չթողեցին, եւ դարձավ ԲԴԽ անդամ, իսկ Անի Մխիթարյանն ու Արմեն Չիչոյանն էլ եղել են ՍԴ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի կադրերից, սակայն նրա հեռանալուց հետո պատրաստ են անել ամեն բան, միայն թե իրենց չնեղացնեն:

Այսպիսով, դատական համակարգում եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը կոնկրետ գնացել են այն մարդիկ, որոնք շահ ունեն կամ ինչ-որ բանից կախված են:

Եվ հիմա դատական համակարգում ասում են, որ այս դատարանների նախագահների ցանկացած որոշում պետք է կասկածի տակ դրվի, քանի որ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպման գնացած դատավորները չեն կարող այսուհետ խոսել անկախության մասին»:
