Կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հաստատեց ծրագիր, որով  սոցիալական աջակցություն կտրամադրի 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով զոհված քաղաքացիական անձանց ընտանիքներին և հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած անձանց։

Ծրագրի նախագիծը ներկայացնող  ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նորանշանակ նախարար Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը հայտնեց, որ հարցը քննարկել են Հայաստանի և Արցախի ՄԻՊ-երի հետ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ տեղեկություն են տրամադրել Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների տարածքում զոհերի ու վիրավորների վերաբերյալ:

Այս աջակցության ծրագրից կարող են օգտվել՝ ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այնպես էլ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները: Սոցիալական աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է միանվագ դրամական օգնության ձևով.

  1. առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերելու դեպքում` 3 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով,
  2. երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերելու դեպքում` 2 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով,
  3. երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերելու դեպքում` 1 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով,
  4. հաշմանդամ երեխայի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելու դեպքում՝ 3 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով,
  5. զոհված քաղաքացիական անձանց ընտանիքների դեպքում՝ 5 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով:

 

Աոցիալական աջակցությունից օգտվելու համար պետք է ներկայացնել էլեկտրոնային դիմում մինչև 2021 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը։
