Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերի հետ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, որոշված այլ պաշտոնյաներ չկան, իսկ Մանե Թանդիլյանի հետ անհատական քննարկում է եղել: 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը:

«Քաղաքական խորհրդատվություններ ընթանում են միայն Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերի հետ»,- լրացրեց նա:

Նշենք, որ Մանե Թանդիլյանը նշանակվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և բնակարանային հարցերի նախարար:

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել էր, որ միջանկյալ արդյունքներով  ազգային համաձայնության իշխանություն ձևավորելու հնարավորություն է տեսնում:

Այս ցանկության համատեքստում Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանն էլ  նշանակվել է ԱՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար:

Մամուլում խոսակցություններ կան, որ Սամվել Բաբայանի թիմում «ծանր» են տանում Վիտալի Բալասանյանին առաջին պլան մղելը:

Արցախի նախագահի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանն այս մասով հարկ համարեց  նշել, որ Սամվել Բաբայանի և նրա ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի՝ «Միասնական հայրենիքի» հետ համագործակցությունը դադարեցվել է և այս պահին որևէ համագործակցություն չի կարող լինել:

«Սամվել Բաբայանն իր հայտնի հայտարարությամբ փորձեց խուսափել ստանձնած քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունից: Մինչդեռ նա պատերազմի ամբողջ ընթացքում եղել է Արցախում, Արցախի նախագահի կողքին: Սակայն, պատերազմի ցավալի ելքով պայմանավորված, որոշել է հրաժարվել իր բաժին պատասխանատվությունից, ինչն առնվազն բարոյական չէ»,- շեշտեց Պողոսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին՝ Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան եռակողմ հայտարարության հաստատումից հետո, Սամվել Բաբայանը հայտարարություն էր տարածել, թե «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության ղեկավարները միանձնյա դավադիր որոշմամբ և գրչի մեկ հարվածով կասկածի տակ են դրել հայկականության գոյությունը, և մեր փոխարեն որոշել մեր լինել-չլինելը, ապա մերկապարանոց ստեր են ճառում արձանագրված իրողությունների մասին»:

«Հարց է ծագում՝ ո՞վ է ձեզ լիազորել ժողովրդավարական երկրում առանց ժողովրդի համաձայնության, առանց նրա կողմից ընտրված մարմինների հետ խորհրդակցելու՝ հանձնել մեզ։

Ի պատասխան և ի բողոքումն այս հանցավոր գործողությունների՝  հայտարարում եմ, որ

– հրաժարվում եմ «Արցախի հերոս» բարձրագույն կոչումից,

– դադարեցնում եմ իմ՝ որպես Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի լիազորությունները»,- շարունակել էր Բաբայանը:
