Երկու շաբաթ է՝ լուռ հետևում եմ պատերազմի դրդապատճառների, դրա ընթացքի և հետևանքների մասին հանրային քննարկմանը։ Ափսոսանքով պիտի առանձնացնեմ գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից առաջ տարվող մի միտք, թե իբր Հայաստանն է հրահրել այս պատերազմը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արման Եղոյանը։

«Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, ասում են, թե Հայաստանը՝ աշխարհի ամենափոքր երկրներից մեկը, ունակ է եղել հրահրել 21-րդ դարի մեծագույն պատերազմներից մեկը, այնպիսի մի պատերազմ, որտեղ աշխարհի երեք միջուկային գերտերություններին, ՄԱԿ֊ի անվտանգության խորհրդի հինգ մշտական անդամներից երեքին չի հաջողվել նույնիսկ ժամանակավոր հումանիտար հրադադար հաստատել։

Ի՞նչ է ստացվում, խաղաղասեր Ադրբեջանը հանգիստ իր տեղում նստած, ոչ զինվում էր, ոչ ռազմատենչ հայտարարություններ էր անում, ոչ Երևանը հռչակում էր իր պատմական տարածք ու հանկարծ հենց լսեց, թե Հայաստանի վարչապետն ասել է «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ»՝ որոշեց, որ պիտի հարձակվի Արցախի վրա՞։ Լավ իսկ եթե Հայաստանի վարչապետն ասեր, որ ի հավելումն Աղդամի նաև Ջեբրայիլը մեր հայրենիքը չէ, չէր հարձակվելու՞։

Պատերազմը սկսվեց այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանը հույսը կորցրեց, թե երբևէ կարող է առանց Արցախին որևէ կարգավիճակ տալու համաձայնության խաղաղ բանակցություններով վերադարձնել յոթ շրջանները։ Սա է։ Խոսքերի ու խոստումների ժամանակը սպառվել էր, եկել էր կոնկրետ գրավոր համաձայնությամբ այս կամ այն լուծմանը գնալու ժամանակը։ Իսկ 2013 թվականից սեղանին դրված լուծումը մեկն էր՝ առնվազն հինգ շրջանների վերադարձ և մյուս երկուսի վերադարձի ժամանակացույց առանց Արցախի կարգավիճակի վերջնական հստակեցման։ Սրա այլընտրանքը պատերազմն էր անկախ նրանից, թե ով ինչ հարակից հայտարարությամբ հանդես կգար։

Բացի սրանից, Արցախյան վերջին կռիվը միայն Արցախի համար չէր, այն նաև ընդհանրապես աշխարհում փոփոխված և փոփոխվող ուժերի ու շահերի հարաբերակցության հավասարակշռման կիզակետն էր ու դժվար է ասել, թե այդ հավասարակշռման գործընթացը որքանով է ամբողջացել։ Հայաստանը նույնիսկ եթե ուզենար էլ՝ չէր կարող նման ծավալի պատերազմ հրահրել, դա, կներեք, մեր պետության թափի բանը չէ, դա նույնն է, թե ասես, որ օրինակ Լեհաստանի կամ Ռումինիայի նման պետությունները կարող են համաշխարհային պատերազմ հրահրել, դա ուղղակի, տեխնիկապես անհնար է»,- գրել է նա։
