«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ առավոտյան Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն (ՊԵԿ) ստուգումներ է սկսել գործարար Գուրգեն Նիկողոսյանին պատկանող «Մոդուս Գրանում հոլդինգ»-ում: Ընկերությունը, որը նախկինում հայտնի էր՝ որպես «Մանանա գրեյ», մի քանի ոլորտում է բիզնես ծավալում՝ քարի հանքի շահագործում ու քարի մշակում, ընտանի կենդանիների համակցված կերերի գործարան, ալյուրի արտադրություն (այս հոլդինգի մեջ է մտնում Արմաշի ալյուրի գործարանը), և այլն:

Մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում գործարարը հաստատեց ստուգումների մասին լուրերը. «Աշխատուժն են ստուգում. աշխատուժը համապատասխանո՞ւմ է, թե՞ առանց գրանցման աշխատողներ կան ձեռնարկություններում: Ես մի քանի ձեռնարկություններ ունեմ հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում՝ Ախթալայում, Եղվարդում, Արարատի մարզի Սուրենավան գյուղում… բոլոր տեղերում ՊԵԿ-ն այլ գործ չունի, քան իմ աշխատուժը ստուգելը»:

Գուրգեն Նիկողոսյանը պնդում է, որ այլ ստուգման մեթոդներ կան՝ մասնավորապես, ձեռնարկությունների վճարած հարկերը և սոցիալական վճարները. «Այս ձեռնարկություններում աշխատում է 556 մարդ»:

Նա այս ստուգումները պայմանավորում է իր աշխատակիցների՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով ցույցերին մասնակցելու հանգամանքով. «Ես կատարել եմ մարդկանց սահմանադրական պարտքը, չեմ խոչընդոտել. գնացել են ցույցի, լավ են արել, իրավունք ունեն մասնակցելու և արտահայտվելու, դրա համար իրենք ստուգում են, թող ստուգեն»:

«Իմ քաղաքական հայացքներն իմ հայրենիքն է, մարդասիրությունը և աշխատատեղերը պահելու հնարավորությունը. ես կուսակցական չեմ»,- հավելեց գործարարը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ՝ դեկտեմբերի 8-ից էլ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ստուգումներ է սկսել «Դերժավա» ընկերությունների խմբի բոլոր միավորումներում:

ՊԵԿ նման «շահագրգռությունը» պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ «Դերժավա» ընկերությունների խմբի սեփականատեր Արկադի Համբարձումյանն անթաքույց կերպով աջակցում է ընդդիմությանը, իսկ նրա աշխատակիցներից շատերն անգամ մասնակցում են ընդդիմության կազմակերպած հավաքներին»:
