Դեկտեմբերի 11-ին Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի Գործադիր խորհուրդը հաստատել է Հայաստանի հետ համատեղ եռամյա ծրագրի գնահատման երրորդ փուլի արդյունքները, ինչի արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար հասանելի են դարձել 25․714 միլիոն ՀՓԻ (շուրջ 36․7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) ծավալով բյուջետային միջոցներ։ Համատեղ ծրագրի ներքո հատկացվել են 231․657 մլն ՀՓԻ (շուրջ 315 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար) ընդհանուր ծավալով վարկային միջոցներ։

ԱՄՀ գնահատմամբ դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը եղել է ըստ անհրաժեշտության ընդլայնողական՝ աջակցելով տնտեսությանը և պահպանելով բանկային համակարգի իրացվելիությունը, իսկ գնաճը պահպանվել է ցածր մակարդակում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկը պետք է ուշադիր հետևի շուկաների զարգացումներին և պատրաստ լինի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ճշգրտել դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը մակրոտնտեսական կայունությունը ապահովելու համար՝ պահպանելով փոխարժեքի ճկունությունը գնաճի նպատակադրման շրջանակներում ցնցումները կլանելու համար։ Չնայած ֆինանսական համակարգը սթրեսի նշաններ ցույց չի տվել, Կենտրոնական բանկը պետք է շարունակի բացահայտել ֆինանսական համակարգում առկա պոտենցիալ խոցելիություններն ու ռիսկերը և պատրաստ լինի ձեռնարկել համապատասխան գործողություններ՝ ֆինանսական կայունությունը ապահովելու համար:

ԱՄՀ խորհրդի անդամները դրական են արձագանքել այն հանգամանքին, որ սոցիալ-տնտեսական ցնցումները նշանակալի բացասական ազդեցություն չեն թողել ֆինանսական համակարգի վրա։ Վերջիններիս դիտարկմամբ՝ ֆինանսական ոլորտի բարեփոխումները, որոնց մի մասը դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ են, կնպաստեն տնտեսական վերականգնմանը և երկարաժամկետ աճին:
