Արդարադատության երկրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդական Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ իր կոչն է հղել դատախազներին։

Իր կոչում նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Հարգելի դատախազներ,

Ես միշտ ձեզ կոչ եմ արել զերծ մնալ քաղաքական գործընթացներին որեւէ կերպ միջամտելուց կամ մասնակցություն ունենալուց: Հիմա, առավելեւս, չեմ կարող կոչ անել մասնակցելու քաղաքական գործընթացներին:

Վստահ եմ, դուք, ինչպես ես, եւ յուրաքանչյուր գիտակից հայ, շատ լավ գիտակցում ենք, որ այս պահին իրականացվող գործընթացները քաղաքական չեն, դրանք բացառապես Հայստանի Հանրապետության  գոյության եւ պետականության պաշտպանությանը ուղղված միջոցներ են:

Ձեզանից շատերին եմ լավ ճանաչում, գիտեմ որ դուք պատվախնդիր, հայրենասեր եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետներ եք ու հենց այդ պատճառով կոչ եմ անում կանգնել ՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ կողքին, ոչ թե՝ պետական դավաճանություն կատարած կամակերպված հանցավոր խմբի /իշխանության/: Իսկ որ պետություն, պետականություն եւ այսօրվա իշխանություն հասկացությունները ոչ միայն նույնական չեն, այլեւ՝ ուղղակի միմյանց բացառող, կարծում եմ, բոլորդ եք համոզվել:

Ավելին, ես տեղյակ եմ, որ ձեզանից շատերը համոզվել են, եւ որպես իրավաբաններ արդեն վերլուծել են, որ Հայաստանի Հանրաապետությունում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 299-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված պետական դավաճանություն: Հետեւաբար, այս իշխանություններին որեւէ կերպ օժանդակելը ոչ թե քաղաքական դիրքորոշում է, այլ՝ պետության դավաճանությունը պարտակել:

Հետեւաբար, դուք ծառայում եք պետությանը եւ ոչ թե իշխանություններին, եւ թույլ մի տվեք, որ Ձեր մարդկային եւ մասնագիտական բարձր կարողությունները, պետական դավաճանների կողմից օգտագործվեն ի վնաս մեր պետության եւ ժողովրդի: Վստահ եմ, գիտակցում եք, որ «ես հանձնարարություն էի կատարում» կամ «իմ գործն էի կտարում» արդարացումը չի աշխատելու: Ապօրինի հրաման կատարելը հանցագործություն է:

Հարգելի դատախազներ, ձեռնպահ մնացեք դավաճանների կողմից տրված եւ տրվելիք ապօրինի հրամաններ եւ հանձնարարականներ կատարելուց: Իսկ պետական դավաճանությունը չպարտակելու համար, ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրեք Ձեր պաշտոնավարումը: Ժամանակավոր, քանի որ Դուք դեռ շատ անելիք ունեք մեր Հայրենիքի համար՝ պետական դավաճանություն կատարած իշխանությունների հեռանալուց հետո: Իսկ նրանք, վստա՛հ եղեք, հեռանալու են: Այս մի քանի օրվա գործողություններով մի վտանգեք Ձեր եւ Ձեր երեխաների, մեր Հայրենիքի ապագան եւ՛որպես մարդ, եւ՛որպես դատախազ»։
