ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու, առանց հափշտակելու նպատակի ավտոմեքենային ապօրինաբար տիրանալու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիր քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1996թ. ծնված երիտասարդի եւ նույն մարզի Նալբանդյան  գյուղի 60-ամյա բնակչի միջեւ՝ երիտասարդի ընկերուհու պարտք-գումարի պատճառով, որը շարունակվել է Արմավիր քաղաքում գտնվող «Կապույտ Կամուրջ» կոչվող վայրում, ուր ուղեւորվել են գործով տուժողի ավտոմեքենայով: Ճանապարհին՝ ավտոմեքենայում, վիճաբանությունը կրկին վերսկսվել է, որի ընթացքում երիտասարդը դանակով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել է տղամարդու ականջի շրջանին եւ պարանոցին:

Հասնելով «Կապույտ Կամուրջ»՝ դուրս են եկել ավտոմեքենայից, որից հետո երիտասարդը շարունակել է ոտքերով եւ ձեռքերով հարվածներ հասցնել տղամարդու մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին՝ նրան պատճառելով միջին ծանրության, առողջության տեւական քայքայման հատկանիշով մարմնական վնասվածքներ, այնուհետեւ, առանց հափշտակելու նպատակի, ապօրինաբար տիրացել է վերջինիս պատկանող «ԳԱԶ 24» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, հեռացել դեպքի վայրից, ճանապարհին ինքնավթարի ենթարկվել՝ վնասելով ավտոմեքենան եւ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 24-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելը) 1-ին մասով եւ 183-րդ հոդվածի (ավտոմեքենային կամ տրանսպորտային այլ միջոցին ապօրինաբար տիրանալն առանց հափշտակելու նպատակի) 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
