Արցախյան պատերազմի օրերին ու դրանից հետո, երբ հայրենազրկված արցախահայությունը, թշնամու կողմից խոշտանգված զինվորի հարազատը, քաղաքացիական բազմաթիվ անձինք, որոնց բաժին էր հասել ահաբեկչական պատերազմը, սպասում էին ժողովրդավար, հումանիտար եվրոպայի կոշտ արձագանքին Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող բազմաթիվ ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հանդեպ, անհույս քայլում էին դեսպանատնից դեսպանատուն, աշխարհը կարծես կուրացած, համրացած ու խլացած լիներ: Ու միայն եզակի հայտարարություններ ու քայլեր եղան, որոնք դատապարտում էին ադրբեջանաթուրքական ահաբեկչությունը:

Բայց ահա տեղեկանում ենք, որ օրերս Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ Նիդերլանդների կառավարությունը հիշել է փոքրիկ Հայաստանի մասին՝ 100 հազար եվրո դրամաշնորհ տրամադրելով «Մարդու իրավունքների կակաչ»-ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակներում:

Հիշեցնենք՝ «Մարդու իրավունքների կակաչը» տրվում է աշխարհում մարդու իրավունքները խաղաղ և նորարարական կերպով տարածող և մարդու իրավունքների ու հավասարության համար պայքարող անհատներին և կազմակերպություններին:

Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ո՞վ ստացավ այդ մրցանակը՝ տեղահանված արցախցի հայ կի՞նը, որ փորձում էր դեսպանատներով քայլել ու բարձրացնել ահաբեկչությունը կանխելու անհրաժեշտությունը, Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմից հետո ականից կուրացած Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպա՞նը, որ նոր պատերազմի ավերիչ հետևանքների մասին օրուգիշեր բազմաթիվ զեկույցներ է կազմել, Հայաստանի Մարդու Իրավունքների պաշտպա՞նը, որ հայ ժողովրդի  դեմ թշնամական ոտնձգությունների մասին է բարձրաձայնում ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ու խոսում հումանիզմի մասին:

Ո՛չ, ո՛չ, ո՛չ. պարզվում է՝ այսօր Եվրոպային հետաքրքրում են Հայաստանում տրանսգենդեր անձանց իրավունքները: Այս իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար մրցանակի է արժանացել Լիլիթ Մարտիրոսյանը՝ նախկինում՝ Վանուշ Մարտիրոսյան: Հենց այն նույն տրանսգենդերը, որը ԱԺ ամբիոնից, խախտելով վարման կանոնները՝ ելույթ էր ունենում՝ հաթաթա տալով հայ ժողովրդին, որտեղ, ըստ նրա՝ պոտենցիալ հանցագործներ են ապրում:

Նկատենք՝ Լիլիթ Մարտիրոսյանի ղեկավարած ՀԿ-ն մրցանակի գումարը կօգտագործի Հայաստանում տրանսգենդերների համար նոր ապաստարան կառուցելու համար:

Իսկ ձմռան շեմին հայրենազրկված ու ունեզրկված հազարավոր արցախահայեր, որոնց պարտադրվել է փախստականի պիտակը ամբողջ աշխարհի փակ աչքերի առջև, դեռ երկար կսպասեն իրենց գլխին տանիք ունենալու համար:
