Արցախի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող վերջին իրադարձությունների ֆոնին առավել ակնառու են դառնում ոչ թե հնչեցվող հայտարարությունները, բացահայտումները, այլ` որոշ կարևորագույն ֆիգուրների լռությունը: Դրանց թվում է նաև ԱԱԾ պետական պահպանության ծառայության նախկին պետ Գրիգորի Հայրապետովը, ով, հիշեցնենք, մասնակցել է Դուշանբեում Փաշինյան-Ալիև վերելակային հանդիպմանը և առնվազն տեղյակ է՝ ինչ է այդ ընթացքում քննարկվել: Հայրապետովը միակն է, ով այսօր կարող է լույս սփռել վերջին շրջանում հանրության համար այդչափ կարևոր հարցի վրա՝ եղե՞լ է Փաշինյան-Ալիև պայմանավորվածություն հայտնի վերելակում, թե ոչ: Նա կարող է և հաստատել և հերքել: Սակայն, գեներալը նախընտրում է լռել, և դա արդեն իսկ տարակուսելի է: 

Հարց է առաջանում` ինչո՞ւ վերը նշված հանդիպումից ընդամենը օրեր անց Հայրապետովը հեռացավ: Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ Հայրապետովի հեռանալուց հետո, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը լրագրողների հարցին՝ կապ ունի արդյո՞ք Հայրապետովի ազատումը Դուշանբեում վերելակային հանդիպման հետ, հայտարարեց, որ անհեթեթ հարցերի չի ուզում պատասխանել։ 

Հայրապետովի հեռացմանը նախորդել է Վիտալի Բալասանյանի բացահայտումները՝ վերելակային պայմանավորվածությունների մասին, որոնցից առնվազն տպավորություն էր ստեղծվում, որ ինքը տեղյակ է հանդիպման մանրամասներից: 

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը իր ուղիղ եթերներից մեկում անդրադառնալով ԱԱԾ պետական պահպանության ծառայության պետ Գրիգորի Հայրապետովի հրաժարականին` բացահայտ ցույց տվեց ոչ միայն իր անվստահությունն այդ անձի հանդեպ, այլև, անդրադառնալով այդ ազատման հետ կապված իր բնորոշմամբ, ասեկոսեներից մեկին, բացահայտ անտեսեց ևս մեկ վարկած՝ կապված այդ ազատման հետ: Փաշինյանը հերքեց, որ Հայրապետովի ազատման պատճառը Դուշանբեում Ալիևի հետ «վերելակային» բանակցություններին ականատես լինելն է եղել: Դա ապացուցելու համար վարչապետը հասկացրեց, որ նախկին երկու նախագահների՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի օրոք 20 տարի աշխատած թիկնապահի մոտ նա երբեք այնպիսի բաներ չէր խոսա Ալիևի հետ, որ հետագայում դա օգտագործվեր իր դեմ: Սակայն, Փաշինյանը միտումնավոր մի կարևոր փաստ անտեսեց՝ թե ինչու՞ իր կողմից բացարձակ վստահություն չվայելող գնդապետ Հայրապետովին շնորհեց գեներալ-մայորի կոչում: 

Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ մեկ տարի անց Արցախը արդեն իսկ հանձնված է, իսկ հայ հասարակությունը մինչ օրս չի լսել այն մարդուն, ով կարող է շատ հարցերի վրա լույս սփռել: Հետաքրքիր է՝ ե՞րբ է խոսալու Գրիգորի Հայրապետովը, ով, ի դեպ, կարող է նաև մեկ այլ հարցի վրա լույս սփռել: Իր հեռանալու վարկածներից մեկն էլ այն էր, որ վերջինս հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ: Այս առումով ևս Հայրապետովը կարող է հերքել կամ հաստատել՝ արդյո՞ք իրեն դիմել են նման պահանջով և արդո՞ք պահանջել են գնալ հակաօրինական քայլերի…
