Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ դեկտեմբերի 17-ի նիստում հաստատեց վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման միջոցով՝ վերջին պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղահանված և փաստացի Հայաստանում գտնվող Արցախի գործազուրկ քաղաքացիների ժամանակավոր զբաղվածության ապահովման միջոցառումը:

Որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է. «Պատերազմի հետևանքով տեղահանված և փաստացի ՀՀ-ում գտնվող Արցախի գործազուրկ քաղաքացիների ժամանակավոր զբաղվածության ապահովման նպատակով նախագծով առաջարկվում է կազմակերպել վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքներ՝ առավելագույնը 3 ամիս ժամկետով։

Միջոցառման շրջանակում վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքներում ընդգրկված շահառուին՝ օժանդակ աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար մեկ աշխատանքային օրվա համար նախատեսվում է վճարել 8 000 դրամ՝ ներառյալ եկամտային հարկը, դրոշմանիշային վճարը, ինչպես նաև օրենքով սահմանված դեպքերում` նպատակային սոցիալական վճարը: Աշխատավարձը վճարվում է աշխատած լրիվ օրերի համար:

Վարձատրվող հասարակական աշխատանքների մեկ միջոցառման արժեքը չի կարող գերազանցել 2 մլն դրամը, ընդ որում նշված ֆինանսական միջոցները նախատեսվում է տրամադրել աշխատավարձերի վճարման, ինչպես նաև շինանյութեր, բարեկարգման համար անհրաժեշտ այլ պարագաներ (այսուհետ՝ ապրանքներ) ձեռք բերելու, տեղափոխելու, աղբահանության ծախսերը փոխհատուցելու նպատակով: Միջոցառման շրջանակներում ապրանքներ ձեռք բերելու, տեղափոխելու, աղբահանության ծախսերը փոխհատուցելու նպատակով տրամադրվող գումարը չի կարող գերազանցել միջոցառման արժեքի 20 տոկոսը»:
