ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն Ադրբեջանից դեռս պատասխան չի ստացել կազմակերպության փորձագիտական առաքելությանը Արցախ ուղարկելու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին, այս մասին հայտարարել է կազմակերպության մշակույթի հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Էռնեստո Օտտոնեն:

«Առայժմ միայն Ադրբեջանի պատասխանին ենք սպասում, որպեսզի ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն կարողանա առաջ շարժվել առաքելություն ուղարկելու ուղղությամբ», - ասել է Օտտոնեն:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին բազմիցս դիմել են այդ հարցով, բայց ապարդյուն։

«Յուրաքանչյուր օրը մշակութային արժեքների վիճակի գնահատումն ավելի բարդ է դարձնում` հատկապես հաշվի առնելով եղանակային պայմանները, որոնք առաջիկա շաբաթներին կվատթարանան։ Կրակի դադարեցման արդյունքում բացված հնարավորությունների պատուհանը չպետք է կրկին փակվի։ Պատմական ժառանգության պահպանումը կարևոր պայման է կայուն և ամուր աշխարհ ստեղծելու համար: Ակնկալում ենք, որ Բաքուն անհապաղ կարձագանքի, որպեսզի գործնական փուլ տեղափոխվեն վերջին մի քանի շաբաթների ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած կառուցողական քննարկումները», - ասել է Օտտոնեն։
