Հայտարարվում է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի բժիշկ-մասնագետների պարտադիր զորակոչ

2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվարի 20-ը ներառյալ կհայտարարվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի պահեստազորի սպայական կազմում հաշվառված՝ մինչև 35 տարեկան արական սեռի բժիշկ-մասնագետների պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչ՝ ծառայության ժամկետը սահմանելով երկու տարի:

Կսահմանվի պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչի ենթակա անձանց թվաքանակը՝ մինչև 70 բժիշկ-մասնագետ:

Պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչի շրջանակներում մինչև 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ կզորացրվեն «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցած զինծառայողները:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարը Օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի համաձայն սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո յոթնօրյա ժամկետում կընդունի պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի բժիշկ-մասնագետների պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության 2020 թվականի զորակոչի անցկացման և օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետում պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցած զինծառայողներին զինվորական ծառայությունից արձակելու մասին հրաման:

Պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչից խուսափող քաղաքացիների տվյալները կուղարկվեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության համապատասխան կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, իսկ զորակոչի ավարտից հետո` նրանց վերաբերյալ կազմված նյութերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության համապատասխան կայազորային քննչական բաժիններ:

Առաջարկվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազին շարունա-կել պահեստազորի սպայական կազմի զորակոչից խուսափող քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու, ինչպես նաև այդ բնույթի գործերով մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը:
