Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի լավ բարեկամ, բազմամյա աջակից և շատ երկրներում իր գործունեությամբ հայտնի մշակութային բարերար «Մշակույթի աջակցության եվրոպական հիմնադրամի» (EUFSC) հիմնադիր նախագահ Կոնստանտին Իշխանովը շարունակում է մեծ աջակցություն կատարել Հայաստանի մշակութային կյանքում:

Աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով ՝ Կոնստանտին Իշխանովը իր զգալի նպաստն է բերում նվագախմբի նոր նախաձեռնությանը, որն իրականացնում է «Սառցե սիրտը» մուլտֆիլմի ամանորյա բարեգործական ցուցադրություն-համերգի համակազմակերպիչների հետ միասին։

Այս դժվարին օրերին նա ևս անձնական խոշոր նվիրատվությամբ միացել է ամանորյա այս բարեգործական համերգների ծրագրին, որի հանդիսատեսներն այս անգամ լինելու են արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով տուժած ընտանիքների երեխաները։

Կոնստանտին Իշխանովը մշտապես եղել է հայ ժողովրդի կողքին՝ աջակցելով թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ արտերկրում իրականացվող հայ մշակույթի տարածման նախագծերին։

Զարմանալի չէ, որ Կոնստանտին Իշխանովը ձեռք մեկնեց նախաձեռնությանն այս դժվար օրերին Հայաստանում. նրա ղեկավարած հիմնադրամը տարիներ շարունակ մշտապես խթանում է մշակութային կյանքի զարգացումն ու հանդես գալիս որպես մի շարք միջոցառումների կազմակերպիչ։

Դրանք և՛ դասական երաժշտության փառատոներ են‚ որոնք անցկացվում են Հայաստանում‚ և՛ բազմաթիվ հայ հայտնի և երիտասարդ երաժիշտների (Հայկ Կազազյան‚ Նարե Աղրամանյան‚ Խաչատրյանի անվան տրիո, Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախումբ) համերգային շրջագայություններն աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում։

Այսօր ցուցաբերված ցանկացած օգնություն կարևոր է մշակութային կազդուրիչ շունչ հաղորդող միջոցառումերի անցկացման համար։
