ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու համար քննարկում է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է բարձրացնել «Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամ»-ին կատարվող վճարումների դրույքաչափերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` օրենքի նախագիծն ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում ներկայացրեց ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը:

«Քանի որ բոլոր կատարված հաշվարկներով մենք արձանագրել ենք, որ հատուցման հիմնադրամի գումարները բավարար չեն լինելու մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցների հատուցումը ժամանակի ընթացքում տրամադրելու համար, փոխվել է հավաքագրվող դրոշմանիշային վճարների դրույքաչափերը և որդեգրվել է կիսապրոգրեսիվ համակարգը: Մասնավորապես, այժմ համապատասխան եկամտի չափին համապատասխանելու է որոշակի ֆիքսված գումար, որը վճարվելու է հատուցման հիմնադրամին»,- ասաց Բադասյանը:

Օրենքի նախագծի ընդունման դեպքում` ֆիզիկական անձինք դրոշմանիշային վճարը վճարում են հետևյալ դրույքաչափով.

Մինչև 100 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

1500 դրամ

100 001-ից մինչև 200 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

3000 դրամ

200 001-ից մինչև 500 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

5500 դրամ

500 001-ից մինչև 1 000 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

8500 դրամ

1 000 001 դրամ և ավելի հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

15 000 դրամ

 

Անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը և նոտարները դրոշմանիշային վճարը վճարում են հետևյալ դրույքաչափով.

Մինչև 1 200 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

18 000 դրամ

1 200 001-ից մինչև 2 400 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

36 000 դրամ

2 400 001-ից մինչև 6 000 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

66 000 դրամ

6 000 001-ից մինչև 12 000 000 դրամ հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

102 000 դրամ

12 000 001 դրամ և ավելի հաշվարկման բազայի դեպքում

180 000 դրամ
