ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը հրավիրում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ուշադրությունը: Դեսպանության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է.

«Ելնելով վերջին շրջանում արձանագրված մի շարք դեպքերից՝ կապված այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ, ովքեր ներկայիս արգելքների պահպանման պայմաններում բուժման նպատակով մեկնում են ՌԴ և անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի բացակայության պատճառով բախվում են տարաբնույթ խնդիրների, անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում ընդգծել հետևյալը․

Բուժման նպատակով ՌԴ կարող են մուտք գործել բացառապես այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, ովքեր, ելնելով առողջական վիճակից, պետական լիցենզավորում ունեցող ռուսաստանյան բուժհաստատություններում պետք է անցնեն անհետաձգելի բուժում;

Նշված քաղաքացիները օդանավակայանում պարտադիր պետք է ներկայացնեն բուժհաստատության կողմից տրված համապատասխան հրավեր-փաստաթուղթը, որը կպարունակի քաղաքացու տվյալները, բուժման անհետաձգելիության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն ու ժամկետները;

Նշյալ հրավերները պետք է լինեն համապատասխան կարգով հաստատված բուժհաստատության կողմից և գրանցված տվյալների առցանց ռեգիստրում/բազայում;

Չհամապատասխանող փաստաթղթերը կարող են ճանաչվել որպես ոչ բավարար հիմք երկիր մուտք գործելու համար։ Նշենք նաև, որ ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ ենթակա է հավելյալ ստուգման օդանվակայանի սահմանապահների կողմից։

Տարաբնույթ խնդիրներից խուսափելու նպատակով հորդորում ենք մեր քաղաքացիներին դրսևորել առավելագույն պատասխանատվություն նշյալ հարցերում, խստիվ հետևել պահանջվող փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպման և գրանցման կարգին, մինչև մեկնումը նախապես ունենալ բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերն ու համոզվել դրանց իսկության, համապատասխանելիության մեջ»։
