«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

անցնող տարին նոր մարտահրավերների, դժվարությունների հաղթահարման, անսպասելի իրողությունների տարի էր:

2020 թ.-ին սկսվեց ու դեռևս շարունակվում է համաշխարհային աղետը, որից անմասն չմնացինք նաև մենք: Դա նոր իրականություն էր հանրային կյանքում և պահանջում էր հրատապ լուծումներ: Արձանագրենք, որ համավարակի պայմաններում ջանք չխնայվեց կրթության ու գիտության շարունակականության, մշակութային ու մարզական կյանքի ակտիվության ապահովման համար՝ ընդառաջ գնալով ժամանակի հրամայականին, սովորելով ու նախաձեռնելով։

Ցավով պետք է նշեմ նաև, որ տարին մեզ համար ամփոփվեց անդառնալի կորուստների, մեր հազարամյա պատմությունն ու ներկան վերաարժևորելու, 44 օր ադրբեջանաթուրքական զինված խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարելուց հետո հայրենիքի նոր տեսլական կերտելու և նոր մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու, ապագայի նկատմամբ հավատն ամրացնելու իրողություններով:

2020 թ.-ը շրջադարձային էր, պատմական և որոշիչ, բայց՝ նաև սթափեցնող, գաղափարական ու հոգևոր վերածննդի, կամքի և տոկունության նոր փուլի սկիզբ ազդարարող: Սկիզբ, որի հիմքում պետք է լինեն սերը, բարությունն ու հանդուրժողականությունը, հզոր կրթությունն ու գիտությունը, արվեստն ու սպորտը: Փակենք 2020 թ.-ի դժնդակ էջը և գալիք տարվա շեմը հատենք նոր հավատով, ապագայի նկատմամբ լավատեսությամբ, միահամուռ ուժերով հայրենիքը շենացնելու անվարան պատրաստակամությամբ:

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, կրթության և գիտության, մշակույթի, արվեստի, մարզաշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներ, աշակերտներ, ուսանողներ,

2021 թ.-ը թող լինի կրթության շարունակականության նոր որակի, գիտակրթական համակարգի բարեփոխումների, մասնագիտական աճի, գաղափարների առաջնահերթության, մշակութային կյանքի առաջընթացի, նորի արարման, սպորտում պարբերական հաղթանակների և, առհասարակ, վերազարթոնքի տարի:
