«Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ, սյունեցինե՛ր

Մի քանի ժամից  չարաբաստիկ 2020 թվականը կանցնի պատմության գիրկը` որպես ողբերգական, կորստաբեր, ամոթալի մի էջ` թողնելով ցավոտ հետքեր մեր հոգիներում, դառը հետևանքներ` մեր իրականության մեջ։  հանրագումարի բերելով տարին` միայն կարող ենք ասել`ազգովի  մեղավոր ենք և պիտի համախմբվենք, կենտրոնացնենք մեր ազգային ու մարդկային լավագույն որակներն ու արժեքները, հայկական ողջ ներուժը, սյունեցու կամքն ու ոգին`  մերժելու չարը` իր կործանարար հեռևանքներով։ Սյունիքը մի  բռունցք, մի ընտանիք է` ապրելու, հաղթելու կամքով տոգորված, թեպետ վիրավոր,   որդեկորույս, գերեվարված։

Մի պահ բոլորս խոնարհվենք ու լռությամբ հարգենք մեր նահատակների սուրբ հիշատակը։

Խոնարհվենք բոլոր զոհերի ընտանիքների, մայրերի առջև, երբեք նրանց մենակ չթողնենք այս ահռելի վշտի ու ցավի մեջ, կիսենք նրանց հոգսը, ապրենք այնպես, որ արժանի լինենք մեր եղբայրների զոհաբերությանը։ 
Մեր խոնարհումն ու երախտագիտությունը` հայ զինվորին. տարվա մարդն ու տարվա հերոսը հայ զինվորն է . մի ազգ, եթե պատշաճ  մեծարանք ու գնահատանք չդրսևորի իր զինվորի հանդեպ, չի կարող ապագա ունենալ։

Աղոթենք տարեմուտին անհետ կորած զինվորների, գերեվարվածների, վիրավորների համար։

Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր իրենց ֆիզիկական, բարոյական, նյութական աջակցությունն ունեցան այս պատերազմում։  Նաև խնդրանքս` մեր ժողովրդին` Ամանորին լինել հնարավորինս զուսպ, բացառել խնջույքներն ու հրավառությունները, հիշել, որ մենք ունենք մարդկային կյանքերի և հայրենի հողի  թանկ կորուստներ, բաց վերքից դեռ արյուն է ծորում,  հետևաբար մեր  սուգը չէր կարող երեք օրով սահմանափակվել։

Սիրելի՛  հայրենակիցներ, այսօրվանից ուխտ պիտի անենք, որ  կլինենք առավել հայրենասեր, ազգասեր, խոնարհ` Աստծո հանդեպ, մեծահոգի և հանդուրժող` իրար հանդեպ, առավել, քան երբևէ` միասնական, որպեսզի հառնենք կրկին ու վերականգնենք մեր ազգային արժանապատվությունը։

Խաղաղություն մեր երկրին ու մեր ժողովրդին։ Աստված բոլորիս պահապան»։
