Այսօրվան մենք հասել ենք՝ սուտ խոսելով: Մշակույթի գործիչների հրավիրած հրատապ ժողովին ասաց պրոդյուսեր, հասարակական գործիչ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

«Եկեք այսօր էլ սուտ չխոսանք: Գիտե՞ք՝ ինչի՞ ենք այսօրվան եկել, որովհետև էդ չակերտավոր մտավորականությունը, արվեստագետները․․․ ես ո՛չ մտավորական եմ, ո՛չ էլ արվեստագետ, բայց էդ մարդիկ, որոնք հասարակական կարծիք ձևավորող էին, իրենք ամենաթույլ բանը, որ արել են՝ սուս են մնացել: Իրենք սուս են մնացել 1991-ից մինչ այսօր: Ուրեմն՝ եկեք չխոսենք՝ ազգը, ժողովուրդը, անցավ էդ խոսելը, այն, որ մենք կորցրեցինք հայրենիքը, այդ սուս մնալու և հավայի խոսելու հետևանքն է: Գիտե՞ք նաև ինչի հետևանքն է, որ, այսպես ասած, ում «նշանակում» են մտավորական, արվեստագետ, բոլորն էլ գիտեն՝ դրա վերջը Մշակույթի նախարարությունում հերթ կանգնելն է: Ամեն մի իշխանություն, որը գալիս է, գիտի, որ կարող է, ոչ բոլորին, իհարկե, բայց մի ստվար զանգված առնի և արխային շարունակի իր գործունեությունը, ինչ ուզենա՝ անի: Եվ դա գիտեր էս իջևանցի շիզոֆրենիկը, և արեց: Իսկ ճնշող մեծամասնությունը սուս մնաց»,- նշեց նա՝ հորդորելով խոսել պատճառներից:

Ըստ Գրիգորյանի՝ կարող ես լինել երաժիշտ, նկարիչ, հավաքարար, բայց պարտավոր ես լինել քաղաքացի:

«Չես կարող միայն լինել հանճարեղ երաժիշտ կամ նկարիչ: Դա քիչ է: Էդ է սաղ հարցը: Հավելյալ պարտականություն ունի՞ մտավորականը հասարակության, ազգի նկատմամբ․ իհարկե, որովհետև ինքը հայտնի մարդ է: Եվ երբ մտավորականը սուս է մնում, ամեն մի հոգեկան, դավաճան շան տղա ծախում է մեր հայրենիքը»:
