«Ուսապարկի միջի ռումբը»,- այսպես է վերնագրել «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն իր հայտարարությունը, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Ակնհայտ էր, որ 

1. Ուսապարկ որակվեց ոչ թե «Իմ քայլից» դուրս եկած պատգամավորը (դա արդեն անիմաստ էր), այլ՝ խմբակցությունում մնացածները։ Նրանց՝ դեռևս մնացողներին և տատանվողներին, որակեցին «ուսապարկ» և սպառնացին։

2. Այդ որակման հեղինակը անձամբ նրանց լիդերն էր, և ոչ թե՝ շարքային մի պատգամավոր կամ խոսնակ։ Դա լիդերի պոռթկումն էր։

Բայց խնդիրը սրա մեջ չէ, ասվածի մեջ չէ, այլ՝ հանրության համար դեռևս ոչ այնքան ակնհայտ մի ռիսկի։

Այդ պայմանական ուսապարկի մի մեջ ռումբ կա։ Իշխող խմբակցությունը վերածվել է պետության տակ դրված ականի, ու հայտնի որակներով լիդերը դա անպայման պայթեցնելու է։

Դեռևս մինչև վերջ պարզ չեն «Իմ քայլի» չփլուզման բոլոր պատճառները։ Կա վարկած, որ շատերին լիդերը վախեցնում է, կա վարկած, որ ունի «դոսյեներ», կա վարկած, որ խմբակցության մի մեծ խումբ «վերազգային է» և կառավարվում է լրիվ այլ տեղից, մեկ այլ վարկածով՝ խմբակցության անդամներից շատերը չեն պատկերացնում հետագա իրենց կյանքը, կենցաղը և այլն, և այլն։ Իսկապես տարբեր պատճառներ կան։ Բայց նրանց հավաքական անգործությունը և հավաքական անպատասխանատվությունը նրանց դարձնում է ռումբ՝ պետության տակ դրած։

Այդ ուսապարկը վերածվում է մահապարտի գոտու՝ փաթաթված մեր պետության մեջքի ողջ երկայնքով։ Վստահ եմ՝ «Իմ քայլում» շատերը դա չեն գիտակցում և շարժվում են պարզ, մերկանտիլ հաշվարկներով։ Բայց իրենց հավաքական առկայությունը և, նորից եմ շեշտում,  հավաքական անպատասխանատվությունը  նրանց վերածում են վտանգավոր ռումբի, որի վահանակը լիդերի ձեռքում է։

Այս պարագայում քաղաքական ընդդիմությունը և տարբեր ձևաչափերով միավորումները ունեն մեկ հրատապ խնդիր՝ վնասազերծել այդ ռումբը։ Ինչպե՞ս անել դա.
