ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Մոսկվայում այսօր ստորագրվեց հայտարարություն, համաձայն որի տարածաշրջանում բոլոր տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման իրականացման նպատակով ստեղծվում է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետների համատեղ նախագահությամբ եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբ։

Ապաշրջափակումը բխում է Հայաստանի շահերից, քանի որ դրա իրականացման դեպքում կվերականգնվի նաև մեր երկաթուղային կապը Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչը նոր տնտեսական հնարավորություններ կարող է ստեղծել մեզ համար։

Անհրաժեշտ է նաև ուշադրություն դարձնել այն հանգամանքին, որ այս հայտարարության մեջ Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև տրանսպորտային կապը որևէ կերպ առանձնացված չէ։ Այսինքն՝ այս հայտարարությամբ տարածաշրջանային բոլոր կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման օրակարգը հստակ ֆիքսվում է որպես մեկ ամբողջություն՝ մեկ համատեքստում։ Սա կարևոր դիվանագիտական հաջողություն է։

Հուսով եմ՝ սա նաև վերջ կդնի մեր քաղաքական դաշտում Սյունիքի կամ Մեղրիի վերաբերյալ տարածվող մանիպուլյացիաներին։

Եռակողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայկական կողմը բարձրացրել է ռազմագերիների շուտափույթ փոխանակման հարցը։ Թեև կոնկրետ արդյունքի այս առումով այսօր հնարավոր չի եղել հասնել, հարցը շարունակում է մնալ հայկական կողմի կարևորագույն օրակարգային խնդիրը։ Ռուսական կողմը պաշտպանում է Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումն այս հարցում»։
